I recently spent a delightful 3-night stay at Traders Hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel's prime location was a major advantage, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Upon check-in, I took advantage of a wonderful breakfast deal that was too good to pass up. The breakfast variety and quality were impressive and set a positive tone for each day.
One standout feature that I particularly appreciated was the water dispenser available throughout the hotel. It added a level of convenience that made my stay even more comfortable.
Overall, my stay at Traders Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, and I'm happy to give it a well-deserved five-star rating. Highly recommended!

Rude rude people. The girl who called me allowed herself to use an unacceptable tone for the receptionist, it's terribly unpleasant!!!
The hotel staff is HORRIBLE!!!
A few days before checking into the hotel, I booked breakfasts in the room for 2 days for two people (15.01, 16.01). Upon arrival at the hotel at check-in, I paid for breakfasts for two days for two people. The time for which I ordered breakfast in the room was indicated in advance online when booking, and I clarified this several times at the reception desk and they assured me that at 9 am I would receive my breakfast in the room. The next day at the specified time I did not receive breakfast, I called the reception three times and only after that they brought me breakfast an hour late, and on top of that they demanded payment for it, which confused me the most, considering that the breakfasts had already been paid for and that they were an hour late. After that, I called the reception and asked to cancel my booked breakfast for the next day because I was not satisfied with the breakfast and the service of their hotel for the following reasons: - the staff is irresponsible (If I ask for breakfast at a certain time, it means I need it at that time and I have plans for the day, the hotel employees for some reason do not take into account and do not respect my time as a client, they believe that they can behave negligently for my money); - They demanded a second payment from me, which really outraged me; - The breakfast did not correspond to the breakfast that was indicated in the picture that advertised this offer. After I called and asked to cancel my reservation for breakfast for the next day because it suits me, they told me that they would do it, then apologized and said that they would give me a free breakfast the next day as a compliment for the inconvenience they caused me. But the most terrible thing in this situation is that no one ever returned my money, and the next morning I did not receive either the breakfast I paid for or the breakfast they promised me as compensation for the inconvenience. This is simply terrible and outrageous, It looks like bullying, they seem to be mocking me!!! I had a terrible impression of staying at this hotel! The staff is absolutely irresponsible, rude, and allows themselves to speak in unacceptable tones. I really ask the hotel management to check the words I said on the surveillance cameras and still at least return the money for my breakfast that I never received!!! The dates I stayed were January 14-16, 2025 (breakfasts January 15,16). Room number 2227. They haven't changed our water yet. They also attach a photo of the promised breakfast and what I received.
I warn you against booking this hotel because you will ruin your mood and break your plans, and there is a safe in the room, but they do not bear any responsibility if money or jewelry is lost from this safe. That is, if their staff takes money out of the safe that I locked with a code, then I will not be able to prove anything because they warned me, but this is not normal, as in principle, everything in this hotel.
This hotel is not worthy of four stars, a maximum of 2 and that is too much

The hotel offers an excellent experience, comparable to any luxury global hotel chain. What truly sets it apart, however, is the exceptional reception staff. Their warm engagement with guests and unwavering willingness to assist create a memorable stay. A special mention goes to Acharya, whose pleasant welcome and genuine enthusiasm to help guests left a lasting impression. The staff's dedication truly elevates the entire experience.

Everything was great except for one. Parking available in basement, same entrance to KL Convention Centre but there is a separate parking for hotel guests which was plentiful. Parking complimentary which was excellent. Service from staff from all areas were excellent. A non-smoking room was requested, but unfortunately the room was so smelly from cigarette, even without entering the room the odor was overwhelming, probably not the fault of the hotel but from the previous occupants smoking in the room but housekeeping should at least report the condition of the room to rectify it before the next guest.

Excellent location—just a 3-5 minute walk to the Twin Towers and about 15 minutes to Pavilion Shopping Mall. The facilities are great, and I appreciated the free underground parking. The variety of Asian breakfast options was impressive, and the service team was incredibly responsive and kind. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms seemed newly refurbished. I also got a great deal by booking about six months in advance for December 2024. Highly recommend!
