The rooms and location are great. There are no issues, and the staff is friendly as long as you don't have an emergency. I checked in at 14h30 and checked out at 16h30 on the same day (2 hours later) due to an emergency at home. There was zero empathy or consideration for reimbursement of the room cost. I was told it is ‘company policy,’ and that’s that. This was directly from the manager on the day (20 Dec 2024), Rajah!
Thanks to Rajah and his attitude in the midst of my emergency, I will not use or recommend Novotel as a result. It seems their hospitality is only relevant when you adhere to their rule book.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Everything close to perfect even in minor details (shower, pillows, cleanliness, employees, restaurant, lounges, location). Near the pedestrian bridge which should be number one priority while booking a hotel (check photo to see the hotels accessing the bridge) to explore the city center via air conditioned bridges whatever the season is. Thanks to Novotel and all Malaysian people in the city. Appreciate your culture and hospitality.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the Pavillion shopping centre, and easy access to so many tourist attractions. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The pool is great, be good if it was open a little later than 8pm.
The beds are way too firm… think concrete slab… and they didn’t have the option of putting on a mattress topper.
We had interconnecting rooms, which were a great size, and plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. Fridges are hit and miss, we had one that kept icing over, but everything was nice and cold, the other didn’t seem to do much cooling at all, and zero way to adjust them.
Overall the food was quite disappointing.
We had breakfast included. There appears to be a lot, but there isn’t really that much choice, and very very limited for my mother-in-law, who is gluten free. They did ensure some gluten free bread was available after we spoke with them.
Unfortunately a lot of the food that should have been hot, was tepid at best and quite bland. Eggs are best ordered as you want them (but allow plenty of time), as the bulk eggs weren’t very nice. The pastries are nice when fresh, but then think they re-use them the following day. The local cuisine section was also quite limited compared to others we’ve stayed at, and just seemed to be leftovers from the previous nights dinner menu.
We also ate at the restaurant one night, and had room service another. Again, a bit disappointing, food not hot.
Most concerning with room service order, was they called back to ask if we wanted our chicken medium or well done!!!! When I said it was chicken, it has to be cooked properly, he said: yes madam, so did you want it medium or well done?
We have stayed at so many Accor hotels and would have to say this was one of the most disappointing when it came to the food available.
The other frustrating thing for Accor, is that unless you prompt them every single time, for every single bill, they don’t automatically allocate your Accor discount, even though all the details are in the system. This is more an Accor issue than hotel specific.

We went back at Novotel KLCC and stayed in 1903 for 6 nights, the room is spacious, very good and it gets cleaned every morning.
The room has a walk in shower, you can get a very nice hot shower for sure. The bed was really comfortable and they change your bed everyday. The towels get refreshed everyday too.
Breakfast has a good selection of eastern and western food. They are all freshly cooked and there are so much to choose from. They have refreshed the design and I like it...
The hotel even has a dedicated person doing Teh Tarik (impressive)! The only negative feedback I'd say is the baked beans. It seems to be very diluted, maybe it's a different version of baked beans that I know of.
The staff made the stay very enjoyable, they are friendly and always there to help.
There's a gym and pools for guests. I went there for a swim a few times and enjoyed it. It was also nice to just lay by the pool and enjoy some peaceful time.
I'm glad that I have chosen to stay here again and it lives up to my expectations.

Booked this for New Year Eve. Very good location. Within walking distance to major shopping malls. easy access to public transport. Have issue wiht the size of the room (small) and also their car park (tight and narrow). If you drive a bigger car you will have to be very careful so it does not get scratch!)
They have a lounge. but it is located on the ground floor. Covnenient but view is so so. Food choices are decent.
The best thing of this place is that the service is great. friendly and helpful, and eager to accommodate. My room has some bad smell. They immediately changed for me with no question asked.
