Where just check in today. Novotel has consistently been our preferred hotel whenever we plan a staycation in Kuala Lumpur, largely due to its convenient location near Pavilion, various eateries, and walking distance to many major attractions. However, the efficiency of the reception team has been a recurring concern. This is our second experience encountering the same issue at different times. Despite having paid in full for a package that includes breakfast, the breakfast entitlement did not appear in the reservation system. It is difficult to understand how such a discrepancy could occur. Furthermore, the front desk was unable to resolve the matter promptly; instead, we were asked to contact various parties ourselves, including our booking platform. The handling of this issue lacked professionalism and efficiency, and unfortunately, no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience was offered. Although we have always chosen to stay here, the continued shortcomings at the front desk—particularly the lack of proper training—diminish the overall experience and may influence our decision to return. For a reputable hotel chain such as Novotel, maintaining a well-trained and professional front-of-house team is essential, and this situation reflects poorly on the brand. Nonetheless, we would like to express our appreciation to Anu, who consistently assists us whenever possible during our stays.

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre! 🌟 The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk to Pavilion Mall and very close to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for both work and relaxation. I loved the pool area, which is modern and stylish, such a great spot to unwind in the middle of the city. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. For certain guests, there’s also access to the exclusive lounge — a cozy and private space that’s perfect for working or just relaxing with a bit more privacy. Overall, this hotel is the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for your next stay in Kuala Lumpur! ✨

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed experiences. This was my first time staying in this hotel. Upon arrival, the service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly, and their lack of courtesy left a negative first impression of the property. However, the bell boy managing our luggage, the security team and housekeeping staff on Level 19 truly stood out in contrast. They were polite, attentive, and consistently friendly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a significant difference and helped improve my overall experience. In summary, while the front desk service requires serious improvement, the housekeeping team deserves recognition for their excellent work and positive customer service.

Location - Strategic and convenient, just behind Pavilion KL Room - Clean but dark. Also, bathroom door hinge looses, cant close properly, this is dangerous if it falls apart. Aircon and water pressure are excellent. Bed not too comfortable, Pillows were too soft causing my neck hurt. Staffs - All the staffs including security guards, concierge, housekeeping were polite and helpful.

I booked a 3-day stay at Novotel Hotel and it was a great experience. The service was excellent, the breakfast was super tasty, and I’ve never had such a breakfast during my whole stay in Malaysia. The hotel is very clean and just a 15-minute walk from downtown and McDonald’s. The only bad thing is that they didn’t provide a complimentary anniversary setup, even though we had requested it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again. Highly recommended!
