We stayed here during the CNY holiday and had a good experience staying at the hotel. The staff are friendly and the hotel room was clean. The location is very good since it's just across Pavillion Mall and a walking distance to Twin Towers. One of the downside is the small pool and narrow parking area.

The rooms and location are great. There are no issues, and the staff is friendly as long as you don't have an emergency. I checked in at 14h30 and checked out at 16h30 on the same day (2 hours later) due to an emergency at home. There was zero empathy or consideration for reimbursement of the room cost. I was told it is ‘company policy,’ and that’s that. This was directly from the manager on the day (20 Dec 2024), Rajah! Thanks to Rajah and his attitude in the midst of my emergency, I will not use or recommend Novotel as a result. It seems their hospitality is only relevant when you adhere to their rule book.

This was my 3rd time to the hotel on a business trip. Location is great with easy access to highways and so many places to enjoy food and drinks. All walkable. This is one of my key requirements after long work hours is a central location and you cannot get more central than this. For the price its awesome.

Booked this for New Year Eve. Very good location. Within walking distance to major shopping malls. easy access to public transport. Have issue wiht the size of the room (small) and also their car park (tight and narrow). If you drive a bigger car you will have to be very careful so it does not get scratch!) They have a lounge. but it is located on the ground floor. Covnenient but view is so so. Food choices are decent. The best thing of this place is that the service is great. friendly and helpful, and eager to accommodate. My room has some bad smell. They immediately changed for me with no question asked.

My first reaction when I saw the rooms was 'WOW' (Clean & Tidy rooms especially the bathroom). The Check In was smooth and fast. Great spread of Breakfast! Our kids really enjoyed it. Special thanks to Mutu for taking good care and being a great host. Looking forward to staying at your hotel again. Thank you everyone for a comfortable stay.
