Great hotel 4*. We had half board and a standard double room on the 11th floor. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Cleaning was done every day, including changing towels. Beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, in twin room beds are large, one and a half. There are slippers and shower accessories, kettle, cups, spoons, tea and instant coffee, refrigerator. The room itself is large, not every 4* hotel will be so spacious. We never heard the neighbors, from which I conclude that the walls are soundproofed. Across the street is a private hotel beach, where they give out towels, we managed to find a sunbed every time, despite the fact that the crowd there was quite enough. On the beach there is a bar, I bought a coconut there (not tasty). When we were there, the sea was just great - from complete calm to light waves, in which it is pleasant to dive, the water was clean. From the room to a sunbed to get to a maximum of 4-5 minutes, about 100 meters from the hotel there is a crosswalk to the side to the sea.
In the hotel, as already written, there is a good pool, jacuzzi in the open air and one more indoors with sauna and hamam. Everything is clean in good condition. The gym is small but everything you need is there.
We had half board. On my appetite food was always full and different, hot dishes changed. Cakes were surprisingly tasty. In general, I do not regret not a single dollar, we had a great vacation. If you do not pick on the little things, everything is great.
From the minuses. In the room there were minor breakages and shortcomings, which the staff kindly quickly eliminated for us. Only hot water flowed from the shower, I'm sure they would have fixed it on demand, but I remembered about it already in the evening in the shower and had no energy and desire to do it. Still want everything to just work, and not have to constantly ask for something to fix. On the last day at the pool saw as an elderly guest with obviously sick strange-colored feet climbed into the pool in shoes, in which at least I saw him at breakfast. It was not pleasant. I understand that the hotel friendly for the elderly and disabled, it is very good, but I think that people should not be allowed to swim in the common pool in street shoes, it is very unhygienic. You can hear a bit of noise from the road even with the window closed, but it is tolerable, I used earplugs.

Overall my experience was very bad due to staff behavior. Check out experience was very frustrating, due to a meeting I tried to check out one hour before than check out time. This is first I was checking out that earlier but hotel staff waisted my one hour without any reason.
I will definitely not suggest this hotel and may be Wyndham group at all for any kind of stay. I think this is first time, I writing a one star review being a traveler.
For a happy travel away from this property. We just tried to not spoil our mood during our stay. 😅

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth It
Our stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. We informed them in advance that we’d be arriving early, especially since I was traveling alone with a toddler and an infant. Despite this, the reception staff argued that early check-in was only "upon availability" and failed to inform us earlier. This left us waiting in a crowded, overheated lobby for over an hour — an extremely stressful experience for a mom with young kids.
The kids' play area was another letdown. It was dirty and far below even basic standards of cleanliness. My infant crawls on the floor, so cleanliness is non-negotiable for me, but apparently, the hotel doesn’t share the same concern.
The shower tap in our room was nearly impossible to open without a ridiculous amount of effort. I called maintenance for help, but despite my request to remove their shoes before entering (out of concern for my crawling infant), they refused. I was left to deal with the issue myself. To top it off, I asked for room service shortly after checking in and was denied because I had "just checked in."
The food was decent, but their payment system was baffling. They charge AED 60 in cash but AED 69 if paying by card — it’s 2024, and this policy feels both outdated and unfair. What if I didn’t have cash on hand? This was frustrating, especially on top of already poor service.
Finally, the checkout process was unnecessarily unpleasant. My husband had breakfast, and as we’ve experienced at other hotels, we thought it would be fine to return for a coffee. However, the restaurant staff loudly announced we could only visit once, embarrassing us in front of others.
This entire stay was one issue after another. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely won’t be coming back.

My family and I stayed there from November 20 to 30. It was our fourth time. And once again we liked everything, everything was high-quality - starting with the reception, administrators and waiters of the catering, concierges and room cleaners. We were pleased with Amira's work and control of the situation. The food in the restaurant was, as always, excellent. Even our three-year-old daughter was always fed and happy. We were a little upset about the beach renovation, but the organization of travel to the new beach, as well as the arrangement of the new beach, made us very happy. Special thanks to the cooks, the guys preparing the omelette, Farruk for working at the reception and solving all our problems, Shahbaz and his colleagues for the high-quality organization of the food. Good luck with the beach renovation and thanks for everything! Greetings from Belarus!
