Rooms are old, not very clean, breakfast spread limited choices. But beach and pool are nice. Service was great, I lost my watch and Ali from security was able to keep it safe and return it to me. Much appreciated !

The week at Hotel Fairmont Ajman was great! The hotel was so beautiful and very clean. Good services and a great location on the beach. The best thing, however, were the hotel employees. The service was very friendly and attentive. The staff smiled and were ready to help with everything. Special thanks for the super good customer service to April and the barista at the breakfast, the employees at the Sea and Salt restaurant and Simo at the gym. The reception staff also deserve thanks! The staff clearly enjoys their work. ❤️

Great hotel with brilliant staff. Our first holiday with our 1 year old daughter and it’s been perfect. The staff in the restaurants have been fantastic with our daughter, entertaining her and always making her smile. They’ve also been very patient, as she has been making a mess every day whilst she learns to feed herself! Special thanks to Mohammed in the hotel gym, who has provided personal training sessions (no extra cost) and has been far better than any PT I’ve experienced before. Very knowledgeable and very passionate - a true professional. Would recommend him to anyone visiting the hotel who wants to leave in better shape than when they arrived. We’ll hopefully be back next year!

Ali in the restaurant has been amazing. Always happy to serve with a smile. The chefs were very helpful in making good vegetarian meals. Animation Team was amazing Overall not happy with the rooms. Everyday there were problems with the fridge, safe and bedside sockets not working. Our room was flooded one day. The management was not willing to do anything except give complimentary massage. We were a group of 8 who were all stressed by this incident. They could have offered a complimentary dinner at the Italian but totally refused. Also had to wait very long to get rooms on check in.

Stayed here for a week before Christmas, leaving Christmas eve, so wished we could have stayed all through Christmas as this hotel is superb. We were family of four have two adjoining rooms on the fourth floor, balcony overlooking the front of the hotel and facing part of the port and other hotels and restaurants etc. The rooms were cleaned daily by a dedicated room servant who ensured we had everything we needed. The room was spacious with a toilet and wash basin and a bidet with a separate room having a large bath, a very large walk in shower with rain hose and a separate standard hose and also a large basin and unit, water temperature ideal. Bed again large with four pillows and great duvet, plenty of wardrobe and draw space, iron and board, hair dryer, safe, mini fridge (not all inclusive), and large tv, sliding balcony doors with fly screen, huge balcony with table and chairs. We were all inclusive, the buffet food was fantastic with much choice for all meals and drinks and the pool/beach restaurant was brilliant, potions quite large. The Indian/Asian restaurant that we booked one night as part of all inclusive served a stunning three course meal from a good menu selection, again the potions were quite large. Wine was a great quality and the whisky was Johnnie Walker, not the usual cheaper brands thankfully. All staff were exceptional and really looked after us. The two pools were a lovely temperature and very clean, free towels daily, private section of beach was lovely with plenty of loungers etc and drinks served to you as you wish, lifeguards at beach and pool side. Sitting areas both inside and out were plentiful with a mix of chairs and sofas. Check in was quick and we were served a cold drink as soon as we sat down. There's a free shuttle bus to Dubai, 12 noon out and 8 pm return, need to book in advance though. You can hire a private metered taxi at reception or concierge but avoid rush hours as the traffic gets very, very bad, should cost about £20 each way outside rush hours. From arrival to departure the stay was fantastic and a credit to all the management and staff. Highly recommend

Loved our stay at this hotel, great architecture and a very good location backing the beach area. The service here is extraordinary, all the staff members including the bell boy, to front desk, restaurants, to valet staff are extremely caring and go above beyond. The director, Srini is fostering great culture and goes above and beyond to make the experience amazing.. strongly recommend!

Honestly, an experience beyond imagination! From the very first moment you enter the hotel, you feel like you've stepped into another world of luxury and comfort. The place is outstanding—clean, elegant, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. But what truly makes the experience unforgettable is the amazing staff. They are professional, polite, and full of positive energy—especially the restaurant staff, who were absolutely exceptional. A special shoutout to the restaurant manager, Mr. Nenad, an incredibly respectful and professional gentleman who genuinely cares about the guests’ satisfaction. This was clearly reflected every time we dined there. And I can’t forget to mention the Arab and Egyptian staff as well—so warm, welcoming, and helpful in every way. Their kindness and hospitality added a special touch to the whole experience. If there were more than 5 stars, I’d give it 7 without hesitation. I highly recommend Ajman Saray to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here and could not be happier with the facilities, staff and customer service as a whole. So many pools to choose from and the services offered at the spa were amazing. They made my birthday really special and truly enjoyable, highly recommend this place for anyone looking for hotels in this area! One of my favourite hotels ever and I've stayed at many around the world.

Amazing visit, Basem on the desk was so helpful and professional and helped start our visit in the best way. The pool was amazing and Elijah made me the best mocktail. My only criticism is the evening buffet food selection was really limited. I wasn't impressed at all. Other than that it was a great stay

Booked an overnight stay for my wife's 30th birthday. It was a perfect spa getaway. I had preordered a cake and flower decorations to make the stay special, they matched the effort by upgrading our room. Our first floor room overlooked the pool and beach. The spa offered a couples massage at a reduced rate, which we booked for the evening. We checked in, they brought our bags to the room, we had some cocktails and snacks in the pool bar and swam before our massage. We headed out for dinner at vikings which was also incredible. The morning was amazing the upgraded room had controls bedside to open the curtains and blinds, so you could look out over the beach and sea from the comfort of being an bed. Breakfast buffet was generous with plenty of options, we were a little unsure for seating but ended seated outside, which was pleasant morning. Genuinely the worst part of the entire stay was having to leave. Will definitely be a trip we will have to take again. Thanks again to all staff for making our stay so special.

We spend a weekend at the Oberoi just relaxing, playing some golf and having a good time. Rooms are incredible, we loved it so much! The whole resort is just perfectly looked after and the swimming pool is the longest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Service is extremely friendly and attentive everywhere. Only thing that we weren’t 100% sold on was the food in the main restaurant as well as the breakfast, here there is definitely room for improvement. Maybe get a restaurant by a celebrity chef. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will come back for sure!
