From check-in to departure, the hospitality and service provided by the team were exceptional and left me feeling valued and cared for. I arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time after a long flight, and the reception team welcomed me warmly. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, allowing me to check in early so I could rest—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff escorted me to my room, ensuring everything was in order and explaining all the amenities with care. To my surprise, I was also offered a complimentary upgrade, further showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the team maintained their attentiveness and genuine kindness, making every interaction enjoyable. Even at checkout, I continued to experience their warm hospitality. A special mention goes to the security guard at the entrance, who was friendly and helpful, engaging in a pleasant conversation while assisting me with my taxi. While the hotel may not be the newest in the area, it is well-maintained, and the exceptional service, coupled with its great value for money, makes it a standout choice. Late check-in was definitely something which I was looking for, staff is very corporative and amenities are very good. Based on your booking either your breakfast would be included or you will have to pay for it. I had to pay for mine separately.

I had an amazing dining experience at Italian Job Restaurant, and I must say it was truly unforgettable. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by our server, Sir Rico. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, and his professionalism added a special touch to our meal. What made the evening even more delightful was the bonus surprise—Sir Rico and the team sang to us while we were enjoying our food! Their voices were amazing, and it created such a warm, lively atmosphere. It’s not every day you dine in a place where the staff genuinely make you feel like family. The food was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend Italian Job Restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience. Exceptional customer care service and facilitation. Had a great time there in terms of food,stay and in time pick and drop. We were entertained by a lovely guy named Bikram who facilitated us throughout the trip. Highly recommended for the stay. A small area for improvement is placement of dental kit in washroom.

Good hotel, great friendly staff from reception, restaurant and house keeping. Italian Job restaurant singing waiters are great entertainers and you must visit Jimmy at Ingenuity Bar was lovely to hear his story and his team were very hospitable. Shout out to Raj & Maureen for their efforts at breakfast. Angil & team were helpful at the sports and pool area. Shame there was some renovations going on so men’s steam & sauna was not available for our full stay and a few bars were closed. Overall decent value with an outdoor heated pool and great variety of food for breakfast.

Me and my boyfriend dined at Italian Job Restaurant, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting ambiance that set the tone for an incredible meal. The food was outstanding—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, and it was easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could tell the chefs put a lot of thought into balancing each flavor. The service was impeccable. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, recommending the perfect wine pairing for our meal. The team made us feel welcome and went above and beyond, especially Rico.
