Just checked in and everyone has been great. Took a quick swim and drank a fresh coconut shake. Delicious. Service at the beach bar was also really great. Our server Toto was super helpful and friendly. The bartender Guy and other server named Sor were super friendly. Glad I chose to stay here. 😚

Our experience of this hotel was very positive. From the outset and throughout our stay the reception staff were welcoming, friendly and always happy to help.
We found the hotel to be of the perfect setting on the beachfront and the ground staff worked tirelessly day in day out, maintaining the gardens and the hotel grounds.
The pools were lovely, especially having an adult only pool which was a little quieter to relax.
Our room was good and what we expected. It was clean and the air conditioning was great. The balcony was on the small side that is the only fault we can say.
We used the laundry facilities and that was also great being able to refresh our clothes before moving on to our next location.
The happy hour offered nice 2 for 1 cocktails twice a day.
The fisherman village is about a 15 minute walk along the main road. Recommend for the market and the street food market had a great atmosphere.
There is a 7 eleven shop about a 5 minute walk left out of the main reception.
Overall our stay was perfect.

Lovely hotel with all you need on site including gym and self service laundry facilities. Rooms are small but have all the storage you need and a seat as well as multiple chairs on balcony. I unfortunately had a medical device go missing during my stay on a day when I had only left the room to have it cleaned. Apart from that our stay was a positive one.
The breakfast, if not already included, is 250 baht pp per day. A random mix of hot dishes; a lovely egg station cook to order, lots of bread and fruits and cereals plus tea coffee and juice. Well worth it.
The pool gets VERY busy so keep that in mind if you're looking for relaxation and peace.
Happy hour was also a thorn in our side after hearing staff shout it endlessly for 2 hours every day.

I'd give this a 3.5 if I could.
I booked family connected rooms with double beds but got twin beds stuck together but with the gap. Maybe this is what was meant by double beds.
In general, there were just little inconveniences that were annoying rather than anything significant.
For example, there are only two plugs in the room and they are right next to each other on one side of the bed. No other plugs in the room.
I wanted to borrow a knife (to cut some fruit in my room) but they charge 50 baht for borrowing cutlery.
Pool bar - buy 2 get 1 free is actually buy 2 get one half price. It's 140 baht for one beer, but 320 for 3... It should be 280.
Also by the pool... they constantly ring the bell and announce happy hour - which runs for many hours - and it is very annoying and not condusive to chilling. Instead I saw a few waitresses walking around to customers to see if you wanted to order which to me is a far better (less irritating) approach.
Just a word of warning to laundry users - if you open the dryer to check progress, it stops and you need another 50 baht to start again. You also can't choose the wash setting or temperature.
On the plus side, the staff helped us with a few things swiftly when asked and thankfully arranged a late check out.

We enjoyed our stay. The welcome to the hotel was the greatest I’ve ever had by TOR at the reception. Started with the biggest smile and greeting from the entrance. So lovely. The beach by the hotel was so convenient and spent more time there. The food in the evening at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was okay. Thank you for a nice stay.
