The hotel was bigger than expected. Approx 400 rooms. Cleaning service to our room was excellent. Hotel situated near most amenities. Pool areas clean. Fairly easy to get a sunbed. Drinks easily available. Restaurant could be very busy. Won't be back at hotel as to big.

The hotel is massive however big enough to find a place to go. The staff team work very hard . The chambermaid was great looking after our room. All the cleaners and ground people work hard to keep the hotel spotlessly clean and looking it best. Reception were very helpful at all times with check-in and information if required. The entertainment people work hard to keep people occupied . The restaurant is very clean and you can watch the food being cooked . The waiting and bar staff work very hard ..the one some issue is the food mainly pork and fish of which was not very good quality. Grilled chicken was served rarely. During my stay on the weekend 18/01/2025 there were diffrent chefs and food went downhill , boiled egg were so well under cook they were walking back to the henhouse. I had 3 pieces of chicken on one evening and one piece was pink and appeared not cooked. When refilling the food they place new food items on top of the old food , so food on top was hot at the food at the bottom was cold, also I seen them do the same with the cold food ,so some salad items were bad at the bottom of the bowls etc . Pizza in the restaurant and snack bar seemed cooked on the top but dough was raw on the bottom.
Overall a great place only thing let my holiday was the evening meal was a bit hit and miss .
With dismay I was in the queue for my turkey skewers and watch the food been cooked I seen the chef take off the turkey skewers with his tongs and then put on raw turkey skewers with the same tongs with out washing or wiping his tongs in witch case I had to leave my turkey skewers because that’s the best way to get food poisoning or bad belly

Huge hotel. May suit some. Food was good but some restaurant staff were brusque and unhelpful.
Likewise, bar staff.
Reception staff were rather preoccupied with each other.
Rooms were described as having Nespresso machines. Unfortunately, the pods were not provided, and we were advised to buy them at the bar for €1 each. They didn't have any!
Toilets were clean but a little run down with hand dryers that didn't dry anything.
Maids were brilliant.
Bar staff in the entertainment area were also friendly, efficient, and cheerful.
The Hotel sent out a review link following our stay, but it was impossible to give them feedback as it kept jumping back in the comments section.
Staff need training, and someone needs to tell them that it might be possible that their rude comments and sniggering can be understood by some people.

Great hotel for a week's break. Wide array of nationalities and age groups. Hotel not overly busy based on demand for sunbeds but restaurant could still chaotic, so would be concerned about coming in peak periods. Rooms 50 to 95 gave great pool views but the downside was these are on the evening bar and entertainment side of the hotel so room was very noisy up to 11:00pm. Food was of a good quality for all inclusive with a decent variety which catered for all, but got a bit samey which is unusual in a 1 week stay. In easy distance of lots of other bars and restaurants so easy to eat out of you'd prefer. Enjoyable and value for money stay.

We stayed with our young kids and my mother with bed and breakfast only. Breakfast is perfect. The splash pool suits younger kids and has a lifeguard on duty all the time. The very kind and attentive lifeguard Judith made it an extra special area. This is a very busy hotel and yet the hotel team are well able to deal with the demand. There is the usual towel reserving activity that happens in these hotels so seating is diffucult to get. The kids club over promises and under delivers. We had to blackmail our kids to stay in kid. Also one day there was a kids activity (sand art) beside a dart competition so I would have safety concerns. The entertainment team are brilliant, this seems to be more about planning. Finally, we had quite a serious issue occur with housekeeping on the last day. The hotel didnt really seem to take it seriously. I would have expected a refund of some sort. Nonetheless, I would go back. It is great value. I have previously stayed in higher star hotels for hundreds more a night and this hotel has a better breakfast and location.
