We have just returned from a weeks all-inclusive holiday at this hotel. Food:- a little repetitive but can always find something to eat, whilst I do themed evenings, it would be nice for the marketing team to pre-advertise what the theme is and maybe put some decoration up on each theme, I’ll last evening was a Mexican theme and was the best offer offering. They had limited desserts but making up for this was the ice cream machine yummy. Entertainment :- the entertainment team did not stop they were fantastic. They worked so hard day and night to keep as many guests as possible busy or happy special mention to Alberto. He clearly loves his job and smiled all the time. Room :- rooms were spacious clean towels and beds refreshed every day without fail, a little disappointed there was no hairdryer or iron. Corridors:- really dated I hope in the near future the corridors are renovated to make it look more like a hotel in this century instead of the 1980s Pools:- we use the Main pool every day where the entertainment was, we managed to find some beds every day a tip would be to go to the pool around 9:30 there you will find some beds as the staff remove any towels from sun lounges which are unoccupied from people that think they can reserve them and disappear all day. Check in :- checking in was a little different compared to what we are used to, I’m glad when we got off the coach we went straight to the front of reception to check in. You had to provide a passport as usual but then fill details in on a mobile device. This can be quite time-consuming and I really do feel sorry for people in a large queue. It will also have been nice for the reception staff to offer me a safe and sun bed towels. Would I return again? Probably not as there are so many other hotel to choose from on the island. It would have to be something magical and special for me to return to a hotel. I have been to much better for star hotels. Keep up the good work team Abora.

I stayed in this hotel last week with my husband, we came all the way from Poland🇵🇱😍 and everything was incredible, even better than I expected. The cocktails at the bar were really well made and the pool area had such a relaxing but lovely atmosphere and vibe. I want to highlight the exceptional service from the waitress Yeilibeth during our stay. Her English was excellent, which made communication easy and pleasant. She took the time to explain the menu, made great recommendations, and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our meals. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I hope to see her again on our next visit🤗

An excellent holiday all round food was good, varied and always at a good temperature. Snack bar was great for the kiddos and changes from breakfast bits throughout the morning to a good range in the afternoon and tubs of ice cream always on offer. The staff were always cheerful, helpful and attentive as well as unoffended by my awful attempts to speak Spanish. John on the bar was particularly helpful when my small daughter managed to lose her prescription sunglasses in the lobby bar area and securing them. A few maintenance issues around the building, mostly aesthetic other than quite a few of the loungers adjustable headrests being broken. A very short walk to the local market and plenty of supermarkets around. Close to the beach, you will need to take the elevator down if you have a pushchair as once you get to the prom it is some way down and walking distance to the dunes. Having said that there is a shuttle from the hotel to the beach if you wish. Definitely worth a stay if you can

I stayed here in November 2023, and I’m due to visit again next week! (20/06). I’m a frequent traveller to the island, and thought I’d try this hotel out last time. I won’t go back to where I used to stay now! This is definitely the best place I’ve stayed! The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. They are clearly very happy working there, it really shows. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, and the rooms are just perfect! The pool area’s are great too, and the all inclusive is excellent. The restaurant offers lots of choices, and the all day snack bar is a great addition! I particularly love the self-serve beer pumps, and complimentary sandwiches on offer in the evening! I can’t wait to visit again! Keep up the great job!

We paid £350 for one night for a young family of four, and for that price, the experience was underwhelming. While the room was clean, the hotel itself felt tired and dated — the hallways and lifts were worn, signage wasn’t clear, and the bright, inviting atmosphere shown in the photos didn’t match reality. Really basic furnitures & even the thermostat is very dated. The pool areas were disappointing: murky water, loose tiles, a splash park in need of repainting, and very old sunbeds. The buffet food was average, cocktails came from a tap, and many nicer items (like frappes or branded ice creams) cost extra. Mealtimes were also inconvenient, as no one came to take drink orders — you had to queue yourself, which isn’t what we’ve experienced in other 4-star hotels in Turkey or Mallorca. On the positive side, staff were lovely and polite, though overall service didn’t reach the standard we’ve seen elsewhere. Sadly, despite the Lopesan name, the hotel didn’t live up to expectations. Overall, while there were some positives, we’ve stayed in far better hotels for the same or even lower price. Lopesan Group has a strong name, but this property did not live up to the standard we imagined. Sadly, after years of great holidays, this was the first time we felt genuinely disappointed with our choice of hotel.
