Spacious apartment in a good location for beach and town. Nice kitchen / dinner / lounge and balcony with quiet bedroom at the rear with comfy beds. Room phone gets straight through to reception to sort any difficulties. Heated pool, rooftop hot tub, and swish restaurant next door. We stayed for a fortnight and didn't want to leave 😀

Great apartment, very quiet and comfortable, excellent location, everything you need, our stay was brilliant. Would have given 5 stars but when we arrived, the bin hadn't been emptied from the previous occupants! Would definitely stay here again though.

Don't expect a four-star Hotel, it really isn't. The price we paid in December 2024 was fair, though.
The bathroom had small stains of mold, the breakfast was OK not much more, not much to choose from.
10 minutes walking to the next beach, you will have to take some stairs, though.
Air conditioning works alright, but it's a bit noisy. TV could use an upgrade.
And if you Wanna be a 4-star-hotel, you'll need an upgrade on the pillows, too.

What they describe regarding the breakfast is true, but not a "vast variety" by any means.
The rooms are NOT checked on a daily basis, only 5 days a week, they specifically state that there's no room service on Wednesdays and Sundays.
But the bathroom has no ventilation. You can check the rooms as often as you want, mold will grow there no matter what.
And while the view isn't bad, this is true for literally every other hotel in that area too. 🤷🏻♂️

This is a lovely hotel perched on the hillside in Puerto Rico. If steps or a bit of a climb don't worry you it's really handy for the town and the sea front. Food is good, service friendly and efficient with English spoken well (100 times better than my Spanish!!!) a daily cocktail seems to be the specialty of the house.

We had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel in October 2024. We were supposedly given a “premium room,” but as soon as we opened the door, it was clear there was a serious moisture problem. The room reeked of mold. The hotel denied any issues and claimed that “closed rooms always smell like this,” which is absolutely not true. I’ve never encountered anything like this in the Canary Islands or elsewhere.
The problems didn’t end there. When we tried to address the issue with the reception and later with customer service, the hotel was unwilling to refund us for the second night we had booked, even though we left early. This had been agreed upon both verbally and in writing with the front desk, but they refused to honor it. Receiving the agreed refund required a lot of work.
The hotel clearly has no concept of 2024-level customer service or what contributes to a good customer experience.
A warning about the room conditions: they are severely worn out. The textiles were in dire need of cleaning, the walls had stains, the pillow was lumpy and unusable, and there were mold spots in the bathroom as well as furniture damaged by moisture. At this price point, you can find much better accommodations elsewhere.
Additionally, the room came with an unwelcome guest – a lizard. To make matters worse, pigeons are a regular presence at the breakfast area, scavenging food from the tables, which is a serious hygiene issue.
One night was enough for us. We cannot recommend this hotel, and you can expect them to respond to this review by blaming the customer entirely. Proceed with caution.
