We had an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. Our room had a stunning view of the sea, and the short walk to the clean, pebbled beach was lovely.
The beach bar was a great spot to relax, and the food at the hotel was exceptional – plenty of options, fresh, and delicious.
The pools were spacious, clean, and perfect for unwinding. This hotel is a fantastic choice for a Greek getaway – we’ll definitely return!

A Busy Yet Enjoyable Stay at Akti Imperial Deluxe Resort & Spa
We stayed at the Akti Imperial Deluxe Resort & Spa in July as part of a large group of 20+ friends and family, and this spacious beachfront hotel suited our needs well. The weather was gorgeous, so we spent most of our time by the pool and beach area, which were fantastic.
We initially upgraded our room, but upon arrival, the air conditioning didn’t work. While the hotel promptly moved us to another room, we were given a standard room and lost all the privileges of the upgrade, such as fruit platters and robes. While this was disappointing, I was thankful to have working air conditioning during such a hot time of year. The room itself was adequate for two people but would likely be a tight fit for a larger family due to limited storage space.
Unfortunately, one major downside of our stay was when my friend accidentally trapped her fingers in a sunbed by the pool. The first aid response was completely inadequate—they only gave her a plaster and were quite dismissive. She had to go to the hospital, where it was confirmed her fingers were broken, and required stitches. This was a very upsetting experience, and the staff's rude attitude in handling the situation was extremely disappointing.
Despite this incident, the rest of our stay went smoothly. The food was typical of an all-inclusive resort—plenty of variety but nothing outstanding, though I particularly enjoyed the gyros available at the pool bar during lunchtime. It was a nice touch that you could pour your own wine and beer, avoiding long queues. The waiters and bar staff were fantastic, especially in accommodating our large group. Most evenings, we opted for the rooftop bar rather than the evening entertainment, which was decent but not a highlight for us.
The location of the hotel was excellent, with nearby beachfront restaurants and walkable areas to explore. While I’m not a huge fan of large hotels, this one served its purpose well for our group. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday, though the lack of proper first aid and how the situation was handled left a sour note. Rhodes is a beautiful destination, and I always enjoy visiting Greece!

During week 42, we stayed at a beautiful and well-maintained hotel with a nice pool area. The food served was also good, with a decent variety. The staff was very service-minded and helpful. The location may not be the best, but it’s not far from Rhodes town by bus or taxi. The rooms themselves were lovely, and the cleaning was top-notch. The only downside was the gym, where much of the equipment was either broken or very worn.

Great little holiday for a week. Lovely hotel atmosphere, food and service exceptional! The queue for check in late at night was long and relatively slow moving and the timings for courtesy room on check out a little tight when you have a young child - probably my only complaint about the place really. Family friendly hotel, with lots of options for food/ drink and entertainment and a really hard working animation team. Room 4 star rather than 5 as a little small compared to other places I've stayed in. Meticulously clean everywhere. Spa treatments were wonderful too!

I was on a 2 week vacation with my girlfriend on mid October until the end of month. On our first day we were shocked and confused by the enormous size of this hotel. We literally struggled to find some places and just walked around hotel to find all the places. During our stay we visited entire island and nearby vicinity so we didn't stay there the entire time. Still we spend a few days entirely at the hotel and took part in all of the daily activities. The animation team itself deserves a huge respect for their work. They keep this hotel very alive during the day and each night. The pool is huge and can be accessed by kids and adults. The beach is quite bit and pretty close to the hotel, yet it has rocks instead of sand. The hotel offers a lot of sports and even some classes. We took part in tennis classes which were really good. Each night had a different star on the stage so we were amazed that this hotel invested so much in entertainment. Bar has a variety of drinks as mentioned before and has a table service so you can sit back and relax and you'll get your drinks. I definitely recommend this hotel and the only con that I can remind myself of is that the beach has a lot of rocks which isn't too comfortable. Other than that hotel is perfect and feels like paradise.
