Overall, it is a good hotel, which is very nicely furnished and also looks good. If you take a closer look, there were some visual defects here and there that should be repaired. The staff in the restaurants were super friendly, unfortunately the staff in the bars were not always friendly. In general, I found the selection of non-alcoholic drinks at the bar a bit boring and not good. The juice tasted terrible, very artificial. The room with swim up pool was nice, the sea view breathtaking but unfortunately the pool is very cold. We only went in once because the pool was far too cold. The a la carte restaurants are quite nice, we were allowed to go four times in 10 days. We were in two different restaurants. Two visits were very good, two rather disappointing. Not all dishes are well prepared. Overall, the all-inclusive concept is very cool, you can eat and get drinks at any time, which is great, especially with children. The hotel is very child-friendly, which is great. Unfortunately, the water playground for children was also very cold. But otherwise the activities for children were cool.

Had a fab week at Helena, first time to Greece. Beautiful resort with stunning trees and plants. Friendly warm staff. Normally head to the Canaries in October but as they are anti tourist now decided to try Rhodes. They don’t have a problem with tourists and welcome you with open arms. The rooms were a tad tight for 3 but it was too expensive to upgrade. The balcony sea view was stunning! The reservation of pool sun beds was a bit of an issue and we witnessed a few disputes so used the beach instead. The hotel was very busy at times and the staff were a bit stretched on occasion. The onsite water park was a big hit!! 15-20 minute taxi ride to old town so taxi fares can rack up. Old town is worth a visit!

Great hotel. The staff were so friendly and engaged in general conversation. Special mention to Alex at the front desk, he so helpful with the getting us checked in. Mary in the restaurant was awesome, kind and attentive. Facilities are awesome, pool, beach and lots of restaurants. Room was amazing, had a suite with was so spacious and had a great balcony for the morning sun. Fab hotel and highly recommended!

The hotel has the potential to be great, but I feel it would be more accurate to market it as a 4-star rather than 5-star. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the à la carte menus and restaurants were fantastic – the food was tasty and well-presented. However, the breakfast could have been better, and there were a few cleanliness issues. The night we arrived, we found some long black hairs in our room, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.
Another downside was the lack of effective air conditioning throughout the hotel, especially in the bedrooms. We also experienced quite a bit of noise from the corridors, with doors banging until 4 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep at times. Housekeeping didn’t seem very organized, as our room wasn’t tidied or refreshed with new towels until about 5 p.m., just when we were getting ready for the evening.
One particularly frustrating incident happened when we left our towels on the sunbeds by the pool to get lunch. When we returned, the towels had been taken by hotel staff, and another couple was now using our beds, leaving us to sit in the shade. This was disappointing and should be managed better.
On the bright side, the staff were very polite and pleasant, and the on-site supermarket was convenient. Unfortunately, one of the taxi rides was disappointing – we were charged €30 instead of the €15 we were told, even though we helped the driver by taking another couple along with us.
Despite these issues, we did enjoy the beautiful sunrises, a lovely lunch on the beach, and some great desserts. It’s a good place overall, but with a few improvements, it could be even better.

We just got back from an amazing stay at Helea as a family of three, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location was perfect—close to all the attractions we wanted to visit but still quiet enough to feel like a getaway. It was super convenient since we didn’t have to travel far to do fun things.
The food was a big highlight for us. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and the dinners were just as great. We also really appreciated the kids' menu, which made meals a lot easier for us.
The kids' club was a lifesaver! Our son had the best time there—it was full of fun activities, and the staff were fantastic with the kids. It gave us a chance to relax, knowing he was having fun and in good hands.
I also want to give a special mention to Angela. She went out of her way to make sure our family had everything we needed. She even arranged a surprise treat for our son, which made him feel so special!
We had such a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for families!
