Went there with the expectations that it would be 5 stars. Maybe 3 stars but that’s Max.
The staff waits for YOU to say hello otherwise they look the other way.
The pool bar tables were so disgusting and stained and were not wiped clean or changed tablecloths for several days where there were food leftovers on both tables and chairs so there were bugs and ants everywhere.
The pool ladder was broken on one side so it was not fixed even when we said that there is a risk of crushing for children and the elderly, then the staff shrugged their shoulders and said we could take the other ladder.
Both me and my pregnant wife got a stomach ache from their food and lay in the room for 3 days of the trip. The food has no taste or spices and is almost the same food all the time.
All the alcohol in the bar tastes almost the same and it is the cheapest they have found that they serve. There is actually cheap alcohol that is good but now they have really taken it to a whole new level.
Ordered a tequila and the bartender took a glass from a customer who had just finished drinking and rinsed it under running water and then served me a new one.
In a 5 star hotel I expect that people think about hygiene and at least wash the glasses clean , especially after Covid .And if you want to have a seat in the bar area , you have to be on time because all the seats are taken and there are very few seats.
The rooms are old and worn out and not at all like in the pictures. Our bathtub was rusty and discolored. Complained and got a new room the next day, but there was a lot of discussion before we got a new room because they said they had that standard.
Before we got the new room we had to fill out a form that said we were not allowed to complain anymore or request anything else.
The new room was much better because it was newly renovated the same year but still in poor condition.
I have a lot of videos so if you want to see with your own eyes, write and I can send it to you so you can make your own assessment.
Post a couple of pictures of the new room so you can see what standard they have.
Avoid this hotel if you don't want a 2.5 star hotel.

Located in a wonderful setting, just metres from the calm waters of the Aegean sea, the hotel has much to offer, including a private and secluded beach, bars, and a spa.
While there are just a couple of minor things that need attention, the lapping waters, the buffet, and the spa certainly make up for those.
The spa, in particular, was excellent - with professional and friendly staff, a nice range of treatments, and quality products for use at home, available. I couldn't fault the service there.
All in all, a great stay - and I would certainly recommend the hotel if you are prepared to look past a few minor faults.

A great place to relax. Very tasty food. Great big room with private pool and big terrace. We arrived late in the fall and that's probably why the water in our private pool was very cold the last few days. Great view of the sea, the hotel is located right on the seashore. There is no beach, to enter the sea you need special shoes. A particular downside is that this hotel is in dire need of renovation.

Overall we had a lovely short getaway- there was definitely an older demographic but as a young couple we still found it an enjoyable atmosphere.
Found the room to be very clean and spacious, food was ok but big variety.
Special shoutout to the staff, everyone was very friendly particularly the two guys on the Barbarossa bar.
One thing I would say is the music was too loud at the activity pool!
Don’t let the overwhelmingly negative reviews put you off- this isn’t a 5 star hotel but a good all inclusive holiday.
Lots of cute cats🐱

I hate leaving a negative review but I am sure it will not come as a surprise to the owners of this Hotel that has excellent potential but has been allowed to enter into a state of early disrepair. The Hotel needs a lot of investment, whilst the south of the island is the better part of the island, the location of the Nautica is good as there are lovely views of the sea. I have been generous with my review as the staff tried their best. We all got gastro while in the hotel and did not eat there (was all inclusive) after the first evening. Hotel claimed it wasn’t the food despite several guests being ill. (In my opinion it was 100% the food preparation which made us sick). Nothing is all bad or all good, for me I will never return to the Nautica but there seemed to be happy guests there although the age the demographic was quite old.
