We stayed here last minute having had our booking at another hotel cancelled. We made our booking and travelled across the island late at night with our kids - the reception staff greeted us warmly and with sympathy. They helped us park our rental car, loaded our luggage on to a buggy and drove us to our room so the kids could stay asleep after a long day.
The next morning they were happy to guide me through the hotels facilities, organise the upgrade to all inclusive and answer questions.
Hotel itself was lovely - generally really clean, friendly staff, good variety with meals & snacks, and a great drinks selection.
The rooms did have some classic, expected Greek “character” in terms of fit and finish, but nothing to detract from our stay. Housekeeping were lovely, happy to work around our young kids lounging around on their tablets in between dips in the pool!

Firstly the room. We booked a junior suite and we're disappointed that the layout was no different from a standard hotel room, just slightly bigger. For 5* I would also expect a walk-in shower, rather than a bath and hose. Sea view was great. Secondly, the food. It was OK, lots of variety although it all became somewhat predictable towards the end of a 10 day holiday. Advice and signposting on gluten free food available and/ or any alternatives were sadly lacking and I got fed up with asking. I would have died for a gluten free beer on numerous occasions although it was not an option. The pool area is OK, clean and functional with a useful food bar. I noticed a few contradictions with the information on the On The Beach website...no mini golf and the beach no longer has a wooden platform allowing access to the sea. The whole place felt a bit stale,,,, crying out for a sports bar/meeting point in the middle of the resort, rather than a conference facility although I'm unsure how much this facility is utilized out of season. On a positive note, the staff were lovely and very professional and were very helpful when I needed a late check out. Thanks to all of them for providing me and my family with a nice holiday.

Had a lovely room with a pool. Wasn't a great deal to do at the hotel, but well located for getting up to Rhodes Town. Some of the service was good, other times it was poor. Food was plentiful, although not all to our taste. Struggled to get a good coffee. But it was relaxing for the most part.

This is a wonderful hotel, very clean, and great service. Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. We stayed all-inclusive. The food was excellent, and there were plenty of choices. Fantastic pools and a lovely little private beach.

The rooms were OK but not overly comfortable. The rooms were a bit dirty as they never had a decent clean. Furniture isn't pulled out, and the floors are only wiped over with no attention paid to the edges or corners of rooms and stairwells.
The pool near our room was also filthy and only cleaned round outside by someone hosing the dirt back into the pool.
The cleaners are also using buckets of water taken directly from the pool to clean the rooms.
The reception staff are rude, and general service is lacking.
The "thematic" dining in Fos was a joke. The food was cold and awkwardly served. Aura was a more authentic dining experience, and the food in the main restaurant was nicely presented.
It would be nice if there was a path out of hotel to male things a little safer from thead Taxi drivers and bus drivers who don't slow for anything.
The pool bar staff worked exceptionally hard and this was the best area of the hotel.
