The balcony doors didn't close or lock. This resulted in loud noise from the street all night long. There was loud construction going on in the hotel outside the room. The room was dirty (grime in the shower, trash under the furniture). The staff offered a room change but had bad communication about waiting times and not once offered an apology. The new room also had broken balcony doors.
At breakfast, they have a system where you are appointed a table, but our table was given away to other people while we were at the buffet.
There were not enough pool beds. Must I go on?
Only positive is the nice terrain, pool view and location. NOT worth the money.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially when we needed to change rooms. They were incredibly understanding and quick to help us find the perfect room. The service was impeccable throughout our stay, with the staff always being friendly, professional, and attentive. The resort itself is beautiful, and every detail made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Stunning resort with amazing views! The pool area is lovely and has a bar and restaurant. Bathrooms are super clean. The breakfast has a good variety and great coffee (try the whipped cream on top of your coffee). Location is within walking distance of the beach. There is a McDonald's and Starbucks right below the resort. We booked tours at a kiosk on the road opposite the resort.

A fantastic hotel. Excellent location, close to the madness but set back so nice and quiet. Travelling alone you rely heavily on the guest experience, and the staff here (esp in the reception and spa) were flawless. Breakfast wasn’t amazing; quite a limited choice but there are plenty of options outside. The room was large, and in good condition. I’d happily stay here again.

Room is clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a very consistent excellent job at cleaning the rooms daily.
Service of staff is great too especially Oreo who never fails to greet us during breakfast. Upon checkout, staff had the initiative to drive us down with our luggage and ensure that we got into the correct grab car before leaving.
Breakfast buffet is adequate but could have more local options like fried rice/noodles.
Location is great! Although internally, depending on your rooms, there will be stairs and multiple lifts before reaching your door.
