Staffs were friendly and assisted us throughout our stay. Facilities were well managed and clean. Room was superb and comfortable for family of 6. Breakfast was nice but could have a change of variety. Ordered room service and requested to bring up to the rooftop but was declined. A little better service would have been much appreciated. Overall, recommended hotel for travellers with kids as near the shopping and food areas.

Enjoyed how the hotel is at the centre of food / convenient stores / activities. However, the hotel can improved on the smell of the rooms. It was smelly throughout our trip, the hotel couldn’t fix the weird smell that we encountered even after explaining the issue. Secondly, the hotel lacks international food while serving breakfast buffet - the food served were the same throughout our three-day stay. This shows you’re not ready to cater to the needs of your international customers. Also, unsure why there’s a specific section for Indian food. The bed, water pressure and the air conditioner can also be improved. The bed was not the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on. Even though we picked the pool view room with a King-sized bed, the beds were actually two Super Singles combined into one. There was a line in between the bed - this caused the discomfort of sleeping on a so called king size bed. We had to change our room in the middle of the night due to an issue of the air condition. Nothing was done by the hotel to compensate such inconvenience they caused to their customers. Please do better. Trust that we can find better options out there.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages, offering beautiful sea views from the rooms and maintaining a high level of cleanliness. However, the hotel is set away from the beach, and my room was quite a walk from the reception. Despite the fact that no one else was staying on my floor, I was assigned a room in the extreme corner, which felt unnecessary. One of the major disappointments was the misleading information on their website. I had booked directly with the hotel, which promised a room upgrade for stays of three nights or more. However, when I requested the upgrade, it was refused without explanation. Additionally, the basic package included a welcome drink at the pool bar, but I never used it as the pool was small and always crowded whenever I tried to visit. On a positive note, I appreciated that the hotel decorated my bed with a small cake for my birthday, which was a nice touch. However, service requests were a bit slow. After downloading their app (as requested at check-in), I placed an order for water bottles, but they didn’t arrive for almost an hour until I followed up with a call to the front desk—after which they arrived in 5 minutes. Also, you are a 4 star hotel, when the guests arrive, the reception is outdoors, which means not air-conditioned. Is it hospitable to make the guests stand, the welcome could be improved if the guest is made to sit at time of check-in. Because it took some time since they checked IDs and then forced to download the app, which doesnt even work. The hotel does offer free shuttles to their beach club, which is a nice perk. Overall, while the views and location are great, the service and lack of transparency on promotions left a lot to be desired.

The room was beautiful, clean and well-kept. Overall cleanliness was also great, but the cheerful and happy staff were the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed the hotel's ambience, from the seating on the balcony to the pool view from our room (we really liked the round double-seating at the balcony compared to the other room's twin-chair configuration, so thank you for that).

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really nice experience. The hotel is beautiful, with modern and well-decorated amenities. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. Both pools had cool designs, especially the rooftop pool with its amazing view. The room was very comfortable, and sitting on the balcony was a nice way to relax after a long day. Overall, everything was more than I expected, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
