Room was fine, just if you are looking for a couples getaway probably not the place. Pool is fairly noisy and view is limited. Room was clean and spacious though. Breakfast had plenty of options.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The first night we arrived late around team, assigned to a room at blk 2 but the bed was super damp and I could not sleep the entire night. I asked for a change of room the next day but they needed us to check out flat 12 pm and check in at 2pm. Block 4 the room was still damp at times but much better than the first night. Their room service often comes at a bad timing.. 3 plus pm where most are back from their day trips.. the view on the balcony is facing construction so.. was only great for drying our wet clothes Kids club n activity doesn't look exciting. .gym is quite small and I felt I did not have my money's worth. However, I'm pleased with the buffet breakfast, n did not felt too crowded. Location is also great.. there are some clubs nearby but we don't hear them at night. Reception staff are overall friendly and helpful.

Superb hotel for families! Facilities: Pool is great, has a bar, one slide kids really like. Gym is small, kids club very small, could be improved significantly. Rooms: Really nice, clean, spacious, had connecting, pool view with higher floor thus with cliff view are the best! Food: Breakfast wasn’t that great for me, but many options. It was similar to a 5 stars hotel in Khao lak so perhaps it’s the standard. Coffee kinda bad, should be improved. Staff: Really helpful, kind, willing to provide any information Location: 3 minutes to the main street, 10 from the beach. I think it’s a good location having both at short distance Would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent location and nice rooms. The rooms weren’t as clean as expected - the taps in the bathroom were filthy and the bathroom had mould growing. Breakfast was average, could do with some more variety and better quality food. The pool was nice but very very cold - we couldn’t use it.

+Location of the property is very good in the middle of everything. They upgraded our room for free ! Hotel is new, swimming pool is not big but nice. -Very ordinary, breakfast, small amount of fruits . small hotel area. There were a lot of insects but they were going to eliminate them.
