Thumbs up for the staff! They know how to take care of their guests! ❤️🫶🏾 Food 10/10 we had both Thai and Italian 👌🏾 Staff 10/10 Facilities 10/10 Beach 9/10 Room 9/10 comfy bed. Lighting is very good. Outdoor shower,bath. -1 because there’s no plugs around the bed to be seen (maybe it’s just the room type we stayed) but either than that. Everything was perfect!

I would like to start by saying that this hotel is one of the best we have had the pleasure of staying in. The grounds are beautiful, natural and pleasantly quiet. Anyone looking for peace and quiet will find it here. When you leave the complex and go for a walk on the beach, you look forward to being back in this hotel. We had rooms of different categories during our stay and each had its own charm. However, we liked the Pool Villa the best. We only ate in the Thai restaurant in the hotel, tasted something new every day and it always tasted great. The prices for the food are described by some as expensive, which we cannot understand. We thought the prices were absolutely ok for a 5-star hotel. For example, you pay a little over €10 for a Pad Thai. The selection and service at breakfast is also simply excellent. In the evening, there is pleasant live music every day, which makes dinner and the view of the sunset even more beautiful. But the absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all super friendly, interested and eager to make the experience as special as possible. We would especially like to thank the hotel manager, Benz, who went above and beyond to help us with all kinds of issues and requests. This made us feel all the more at home. We hope to be guests at this hotel again soon and can absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely phenomenal 5-Star resort with extremely delightful staff! We had a lovely beachfront villa, luxurious and comfortable, and the restaurants & service are top-notch. The beachfront is spectacular, and make sure you get to the spa. My wife had 2 massages and I had the best facial, and the ambiance of the "funnel tower interior" was an over the top experience. Great staff, say hi to Fis and friends for me...❤️

An amazing place to stay. Hotel and rooms are in great condition. It felt luxury. Room was spacious and well maintained. Cleaning service was thorough and quick every day. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Very chatty and fun whenever you stopped to talk to them. Hanna in the Arundale restaurant was particularly good, and very fun to talk to! Resort has Beach access and is very beautiful. Excursions are plentiful but quite expensive. Location was good, if remote. Food and drink was very expensive, even for a hotel in Thailand but quality was amazing. Would definitely return to Tubkaak.
