My family and I have been fortunate to stay at many 5star resorts around the world - but for us, the Tubkaak was hands down one of the best!! We stayed in the Tubkaak suite and it was amazing, the view, the showers, and the pool were all more amazing than the photos. However, what really set this resort apart was the people. The staff here were so genuinely kind and helpful - we felt as though we were staying with friends. In addition, the food at both restaurants was excellent. My husband thought the pasta was the best he’s had anywhere in the world (and we’ve been to Italy a few times!). Thank you to all of the amazing people who made our stay so memorable - especially the restaurant wait staff and the muy thai teacher. We hope to see you again!!

The spa was exceptional. My husband and I had a couples Thai massage. We get massages regularly, especially when we travel, and this was one of the best experiences and massages we ever had. We booked another treatment for later in our stay immediately after because it was such a great experience. The hotel is so unique. Restaurants and atmosphere are all amazing.

Loved this place. Remote enough to be quiet but close enough for a taxi or tuk tuk ride to the village. Food is great. The beach is amazing. Juri at the front desk was very professional and helped us feel welcome from day one to the end of our stay. Hana in the restaurant went above beyond to help us and one of our fellow travel companions who is Celiac. Hana fetched gluten free food for her from the Chef for breakfast and served it with a gracious smile. Film was also very kind and helpful with dinner choices and a great happy smile. The employees here do a great job. From grounds keeping staff to services and more. They all work very hard to make it flow perfectly.

I would like to start by saying that this hotel is one of the best we have had the pleasure of staying in. The grounds are beautiful, natural and pleasantly quiet. Anyone looking for peace and quiet will find it here. When you leave the complex and go for a walk on the beach, you look forward to being back in this hotel. We had rooms of different categories during our stay and each had its own charm. However, we liked the Pool Villa the best. We only ate in the Thai restaurant in the hotel, tasted something new every day and it always tasted great. The prices for the food are described by some as expensive, which we cannot understand. We thought the prices were absolutely ok for a 5-star hotel. For example, you pay a little over €10 for a Pad Thai. The selection and service at breakfast is also simply excellent. In the evening, there is pleasant live music every day, which makes dinner and the view of the sunset even more beautiful. But the absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all super friendly, interested and eager to make the experience as special as possible. We would especially like to thank the hotel manager, Benz, who went above and beyond to help us with all kinds of issues and requests. This made us feel all the more at home. We hope to be guests at this hotel again soon and can absolutely recommend it to anyone.

A vacation here is the ultimate. A boutique hotel with amazing service, friendly staff, great food in 2 restaurants. We had a Sea View room which means it opens up to a patio facing the beach and there was no room above us . Like having your own private retreat. For late risers, the breakfast is available until 10:30 which was real nice. They arranged all our activities and transportation too. I really will miss this place, hate to leave!
