The hotel offers a warm and welcoming experience from the moment you arrive. The lobby is spacious and inviting, making it a comfortable place to relax. The rooms are clean and spacious, maintaining a good balance between modern comfort and the property's slightly older charm. The beach is a convenient 12-15 minute walk away, and the large pool is well-maintained, though it’s not very deep (about 4 feet). However, I had a concerning issue shortly after checking in—housekeeping entered the room with a key card about 10 minutes after our arrival. I raised this with the front desk, and they explained it was due to a miscommunication, as housekeeping thought the room was still vacant. Regardless, this lapse in privacy was unsettling. Another downside is the 3pm check-in time, which is later than the usual 2pm at most hotels. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, especially for those seeking a relaxing stay near the beach.

A lovely hotel, has so much character and a wonderful pool. Staff are friendly and great with children. Very kind and go out of their way to make it a fun and enjoyable experience - special mention to Wawa, Ant, Bay and Noel in the hospitality crew. Good location outside the hubbub and close to the beach. Rooms are comfortable and airy and they have a bath!

The hotel is nice, spacious rooms, service is generally good, however check in was a mess, after being in the room we discovered the aircon was not working so they sent maintenance to try fix it, quite a while later we were told we would move rooms, we'd already unpacked. I requested a luggage trolley so I could move all my stuff at once without having to pack it all in my bags again, after a while no luggage trolley arrived, bear in mind I'm sweating in a hot room with no aircon, I went downstairs to ask again if someone could bring a luggage trolley to my room, there were 2 at reception not being used, they said sure, anyway a while later still no luggage trolley, so I phoned again, and once again I waited and still no trolley so I just ended up carrying all my stuff by hand. The pool was quite nice. Breakfast was OK, but not much variation while I was there.

I have never been to hotel like this. The Staff is super nice and treated us like their children, they always had a smile on their face. The location is absolutely beautiful. The beach is just a 10min walk from the hotel. Everything is very clean and the pool is awesome. (They even have a Starbucks at the hotel). I will definitely come back.

Rooms are clean & spacious with balcony facing pool. Breakfast if not included can be availed at 300Baht per person. Most of the island tours starting pier are nearby to this hotel (~1-2 km). The day tour operators will provide free pick up from this hotel. Pool has a small slide & volleyball play area. Staff are friendly. Many Indian restaurants are just opposite to this hotel & 1 Pure vegetarian hotel also available.
