I stayed in the pool access superior rooms and it was the best decision I could have made. The staff are very humble. Rooms are very neat and all the appliances work. One pro tip : Carry a mosquito repellent cream as pool attached rooms tend to have mosquito. For which hotel has provided repellent coil to burn and net around the bed. Breakfast is also really good and has variety. Vegetarian people might find it difficult to adjust. Rest is great

We had a wonderful stay at Deevana Plaza! The staff surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private pool, which made our stay extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was also really good — a great variety and delicious options to start the day. Overall, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay!

I got 1 hour facial lifting + 1 hour aroma full-body massage on the day of my departure. Enjoyed the atmosphere and scent of rose and white tree was emotional. Especially Tim, her technique on my face was super. Highly recommendable! My face is smaller : the lifting effect is immediately visible. Hope u can enjoy the massage result like me ! Thank you Tim 😊

Good Location. Big size rooms 1st to 3rd floor with Balcony. Ground floor rooms with pool backside. Resturant size suit the Hotel size. Large verient of Breakfast with live Egg Station. 3 to 4 Indian veg items. Hotel having it's own free shuttle service. 7-11 shop & lot of Indian resturents nearby walkable distance within 500 meters.

This hotel was average at best. The actual hotel itself is nice, modern and relatively clean however there are some points that really let it down. Staff & service - upon arriving, we had to wait a long time to check in with no explanation, the staff were quite rude and this is something we noticed immediately compared to our visits to other hotels where the staff have been so friendly and kind. We also saw others be offered welcome drinks, but we were just made to wait with our bags and nothing was offered which was disappointing. Check out was purely insulting with them making us wait in the lobby to check we hadn’t taken anything from the room, something I’ve never experienced and really ended our stay with a bitter taste. Food - absolutely awful. I’ve seen lots of reviews saying food is great but I sadly can’t agree. You sit in an outdoor restaurant with no aircon, absolutely roasting in the heat, flies and insects everywhere. None of the salad or fruit is covered so there are flies all over it. The hot food options are poor and the dessert is a choice of 3 tiny cakes all which are like cardboard. We have stayed in multiple hotels during our visit to Thailand and this has been the worst by far. Will not return.
