Great hotel, amazing and friendly service. All the staff are so warm and welcoming. The facilities are fantastic, two lovely pools and a great kids playroom with football table which kept the kids entertained for hours! The breakfast buffet spread is also very good with lots of options. We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with private pool!

We had a great stay overall — it’s a fantastic hotel for families. The children’s room was excellent, and the slides by the pool were a big hit with the kids. However, we were quite disappointed with the lunch service. We arrived at the restaurant around 1pm and placed our orders. By 1.30pm, all the food had been served except for the tuna poke bowl. We followed up with the staff, but by 2pm we had all finished eating and the poke bowl still hadn’t arrived. We asked to cancel the order as we were catching a flight, but were told it was already on its way. It finally arrived at 2.10pm — too late for us to eat — and we had to ask the staff to pack it for takeaway. It was also frustrating trying to get the attention of any staff, as most of them were gathered around the pool bar and no one was visibly attending the restaurant area. We hope this can be improved for future guests.

We had an amazing time here. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Kids Club. Our children had an absolute blast with the wide range of activities provided. Tina and David were incredibly friendly and professional, and they made sure the kids were entertained and well looked after. The Kids Club had everything from arts and crafts to fun games and themed events, and we were able to enjoy some relaxing time knowing our kids were in safe hands. It’s the perfect getaway for families looking for both relaxation and fun for the little ones. We’ll definitely be returning!

What a wonderful stay at the Centara Ao Nang Beach resort! We came with our family and grandchildren. Everyone had the best time, swimming and playing at the resort. David and Tina with the kids club were amazing, greeting the grandchildren everyday and inviting them to do fun activities! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very well sized. The massage at the spa was exactly what I needed after a busy day in town! We definitely recommend staying here on your trip to Krabi!

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff from the cleaners to the front office, Sand Bar and breakfast staff are all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach and we spent many hours on the sunbeds, in the two pools and in the ocean. Our children and grandchildren joined us for a short while and they loved it too, especially the kids slides and kids programs. We loved the aqua aerobics sessions with David and Tina. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
