Pools are quite old. Breakfast was good, the resort is situated on a street with very good restaurants. The room we were assigned looked pretty old but well kept. We felt like we travelled back to the 80s. Generally quiet, you can hear lots of banging noise from apartments around.

STAY AWAY with this hotel. DON'T trust the pictures they take. What a terrible "resort"! The room is extremely wet and old. There is a strange smell all the room. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. The hair dryer is not working. I have requested room change several times. No room was satisfied. The Internet is not stable either.

your hotel is generally a good hotel, but only for 3 stars. The outdoor facilities are nice with a quiet zone, which is really good. The room was worn and outdated and needs modernization. The Thai food section of the breakfast buffet was the same for the 9 days I was there.... simply miserable and should be renewed day by day.... the experience itself gets 2 stars....

Awesome relaxing stay with my family. Breakfast was perfect each morning, and great start to the day, which normally included easy walking access to the nearby market. Keep up the good work to the team behind Chada Thai village resort

Pros: The location is on a road with really good restaurants and walking distance to the strip and beach. The lobby is pretty. Breakfast is a decent spread
Cons: the UNFRIENDLIEST receptionist/check in staff ORN I’ve ever seen in all 46 countries that I’ve visited. She is extremely rude. So be prepared for her to shout at you at check in and check out. We checked in at 8 pm and she said we don’t have a double bed only two singles. When I told her that we were a couple she just kept repeating her statement over and over again. When we were checking out I asked her for a late checkout given the inconvenience of the beds and other issues (lizards in the room) again she kept shouting.
The rooms are extremely outdated. Every night we worried about waking up to a lizard in our face since our room was infested with them.
The bathroom smelled like sewage.
The towels all had stains on them.
There was no body wash. Just hand soap that you had to alternate between the sink and shower
I asked for an iron. They didn’t have one.
The pool has WAY too much chlorine in it.
Wifi is very weak. I had to use my hotspot and I work remotely so it was very challenging
Upon check out we called the receptionist and asked to send a staff to take our luggage. He showed up and took 2. We had to take the other 2 ourselves. The resort doesn’t have an elevator. So expect MANY stairs and a long walk to your room.
Anyways, much better hotels in Krabi that I’ve been too. I’d avoid this one
