La Playa resort Krabi is a fantastic choice for a stay in Thailand. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer stunning views from the balcony. The pools are pristine and surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for relaxation. The service is exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The food is delicious, with a great mix of local and international dishes. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Do not stay at this hotel! The rooms are full of mould and damp! Firstly, we arrived around 11am and as check in was not until 2pm, we were able to leave our luggage in their storage room. We arrived back at the hotel to check in after 2pm and were still told we needed to wait to get into our room. Finally about 2.30pm we were able to get into our room and the very first thing we noticed as soon as we stepped in the room was the smell of damp and mould. We proceeded to find black mould on the ceiling and asked to change rooms. The receptionist showed us another room that had the same issue and smell which we rejected and she then showed us another room which was 2 floors up and didn't have the same immediate signs of mould on the walls. However, it was only when we looked closely that we found mouldy bed sheets and pillows as well as mould around the bed, in the bathroom, on the curtains. We went down to report the issue again and they showed us about 4 more rooms, all had the same issue. We knew at this point we couldn't stay at the hotel and had to book somewhere else. The staff were not really apologetic and clearly know about the mould issue. To top it off the rooms were absolutely filthy and have clearly never been deep cleaned. We had to fork out hundreds for a last minute room at another hotel and still the hotel has not issued me a refund and is ignoring Agoda, even though they said they will only deal with Agoda. Absolutely disgraceful.

lovely stay here.... near to everything. peace of mind if you stay here. Very nice staff. very recommend massage available here. This is second time we get the massage here and we will definitely look for it next time. Thank you La Playa. You made my short holiday very enjoyable.... Thumbs up👍

I can only recommend this resort. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the location is great - 3 walking min to the ocean and shopping street. Also, I can highly recommend getting a massage at the resort. It costs a bit more than on the main street, but definitely worth it!

Location is perfect, easily accessible to the beach and the night market within walking distance. Stayed there two nights during company retreat trip. I got the superior room which is at the newly extended building so the room facilities are pretty nice. Quite spacious and have access to outdoor balcony space. The bathroom is super wide and have a bathtub also. The aircon is not quiet tho.
The hotel spa is good , the masseuse is quite skillful. However, the spa hub is not that hygienic and doesn’t give me the sense of a spa vibe. The smell/scent is not good for a hotel spa rate.
