The hotel is nice, some wearing can be seen, but still ok. The staff is nice and friendly, I couldn't find any hotel binder with hotel information and services, like restaurant or roomservice menu ect.. Location is really nice, easy to walk all over the Ao-Nang (Land market, beaches, main road). We had a Pool Access room and we loved it!

Our stay at the resort was excellent. The room was spacious, and we had direct pool access from our balcony, which was a great addition. The resort has two well-maintained pools, and the staff was very warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another plus—just a short walk from Ao Nang Beach and the Landmark Night Market, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of options to choose from. However, the restaurant prices at the resort are on the higher side. It’s better to eat outside, as there are plenty of great and more affordable options within walking distance. Overall, a great stay, and I would recommend this place.

The staff was a bit lost at first but to be fair we were offload to them last minute because our hotel was over booked. having said that they worked very hard to accommodate us. the facilities were good at the hotel but a bit rundown and could use a refresh, specifically the room interior. The breakfast was above average, and hotel Thai massage was decent. overall 7/10

We returned to Thailand after 11 years and came back to Krabi La Playa. The hotel and staff were just as great during our second visit, as they were during our first visit. Staff are really attentive and friendly. Facilities are nice, with rooms with pool access. The location is walking distance from two beautiful beaches. It's slightly off the main street, so is a quiet location, but close to all amenities and good restaurants. Some great excursions can be done from the hotel.

Had a lovely stay here, hotel was very clean and the room was a good size with everything you need. All the staff are great and really friendly. Breakfast had lots of variety so it didn’t get repetitive. Finding a sunbed round the pool was never an issue as there are lots of sunbeds. Location is perfect.
