The hotel is nice, some wearing can be seen, but still ok. The staff is nice and friendly, I couldn't find any hotel binder with hotel information and services, like restaurant or roomservice menu ect.. Location is really nice, easy to walk all over the Ao-Nang (Land market, beaches, main road). We had a Pool Access room and we loved it!

Stayed here for 12 nights warm welcoming staff spacious clean room.Great variety of choice for breakfast. The pool area was spacious and immaculate as were the pools.The location is great in walking to 2 beaches and within minutes from restaurants and bars.We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year for my wife’s 65th birthday.

We Spent 4 nights at La Playa and had a good time. It’s right in the heart of Au Nang and is close to all the things you might need.
Breakfasts were excellent and the layout of the resort is good.
There are three pools, not interconnected, but adjacent to each other. Heaps of sun beds and umbrellas took the competition out of the pool scramble!
Our room was large, with a massive bed. However, it was quite tired and is probably in need of refurbishment. The linen for the massive bed didn’t quite fit the bed - weird - and kept pulling out the mattress protector causing lumps. Pillows were rock hard. Patio door was hard to close no we heard nearby rooms having the same issue.
We had a good stay, but the room standard was a little disappointing.

The staff was a bit lost at first but to be fair we were offload to them last minute because our hotel was over booked. having said that they worked very hard to accommodate us.
the facilities were good at the hotel but a bit rundown and could use a refresh, specifically the room interior. The breakfast was above average, and hotel Thai massage was decent. overall 7/10

I stayed at Krabi La Playa Hotel and opted for a Pool Access Room—definitely worth the extra cost! Having direct access to the pool was a fantastic convenience, making the stay much more relaxing.
However, breakfast was a bit disappointing. The selection of food was quite limited, especially when it came to vegetables. The waiting time for an omelet was unexpectedly long, which was frustrating.
On the bright side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a great stay, but the breakfast could use some improvement.
