We stayed in newly renovated premium room for 5 days. Room was really good, no issues in room service. Breakfast spread was good but Indian food variety was repeated same for 4-5 days , informed this to to guy there. Some "Female Staff" from restaurant while having breakfast was not interested in us( Indian guests) and paying more attention to western guests. Location is good in Patong area but not in very crowded area. Indian veg restaurants are near from hotel. Reception staff was really helpful and informed us about Breakfast box while traveling early from hotel. Overall good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Double Tree and I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was ideal, situated right in the heart of Patong beach just steps away from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Upon check-in, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They efficiently handled the check-in process and provided helpful information about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Special thanks to Miss Helen she was attentive to my needs and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with high-quality furnishings and all the modern conveniences I needed. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by my stay at the Double Tree.The combination of the excellent location, exceptional service, and high-quality amenities made for an absolutely wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We spent five nights here. The location is great—close to everything, you don’t hear the nightlife noises. The room service and people are awesome and very welcoming. The breakfast is great, with lots of selections. The staff takes care of you from start to finish. The gym facilities are also great; you have everything you need. My favorite part is Timmy’s pool bar. Timmy is a very special person with a beautiful heart. He looked after us and made us laugh all the time. Thanks a lot for your company, Timmy. You were definitely the highlight of my trip!

Location was the winner. Overall hotel and rooms are a bit tired. We stayed in the newer wing but still need maintenance. Marks on lift doors and walls and messy corridors and carpets are an easy fix and should not be neglected.

Great location which is setback from the beach road. Staff were amazing, bed was super comfortable. Lots of happy hours in the various bars, and the staff at the Mojito bar at the front road were all great, special mention to Kritt and Alis. Breakfast was excellent and varied.
