We stayed here during festive season, the location is so far from the international airport about 2 hours with traffic and 30c or more heat so be prepared. The beach is fantastic, white sand but it gets very hot so be warned. The hotel was newly renovated and new building too, great pool, great size of rooms, beautiful restaurants. We read such bad reviews online after we booked so we were anxious to what we will see and experience but their new look was outstanding and gorgeous renovation. Well worth the price which is lowest during the festive season. Good options for food also outside the hotel nearby as well as nail salon and shops. Only thing I hope they improve is the food taste especially at breakfast. Since it s a huge resort with lots of people, the buffet has many options but its either cold or too oily. The chicken in the noodle section is unseasoned, the potato wedge was cold. Great fruit variety though. The pool area is relaxing and beautiful. Also, no place to put your clothes so we kept ours in our luggage for 5 days we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend. Rested in this hotel in December 2024. In general, I liked the hotel. Well-groomed clean Territory. The hotel has been renovated, cozy comfortable rooms. Separate children's pool with slides, the children were very pleased!! And children's leisure is perfectly organized. Cheerful animators who spend time with children, arrange different master classes and foam parties in the pool) and despite the different languages of communication, they play great with children.

Excellent hotel, modern rooms, large beautiful territory, delicious and varied breakfasts, and a very attentive staff that always quickly responded to any issues that arose.
I would like to especially mention the work of the entertainment team: Stewart and Nicky! Every morning started with fun and enjoyable aqua aerobics and great music! Thank you!
Disadvantage: the air conditioning system in the rooms is very strange. We had to close the balcony door multiple times for the air conditioner to work properly.

Despite being under major construction, staff was excellent, breakfast buffet was good, and rooms were a good size. Just wish the ocean view we booked was a real ocean view and not a glimpse out of the corner of our balcony. Good location otherwise.

We had an excellent stay. Kids loved the pool and its bar. General facilities such as kids area, spa, pools and rooms were clean and at high standards. Food was quite good. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Only thing negative to mention is it seems they still not under full control of their cleaning staff, as it happens frequently that you should remind them to clean yr room.
