With four fantastic pools within the resort there is never a problem finding a sun lounge. The rooms are very quiet, spacious and clean with your own private balcony. The buffet breakfast is tasty and adequate with a large choice. The resort is very large but has 2 restaurants and is right next to the ocean and there are plenty of small markets and cafes within a short walk. We enjoyed visiting the night market which ran 3 evenings during the week, with fresh fruit, cooked food and clothing to buy at reasonable prices.

I didn’t expect too much but the hotel exceeded my expectations! Yes it’s not new and fancy, but it’s has a great location on the beach and all the staff are friendly and nice! Don’t mention it’s super clean! We had a nice room overlooking the main pool. The hotel has 4 swimming pools so it’s never crowded. If fact, it was mostly empty at the pool when we were there. Some people complained about their pool towel card policy but I think it’s very organized and efficient. This way no more sun bed occupying for the whole day! I saw their German manager everywhere talking to the customers (yes German customers). He’s trying to do his job and not just him, everyone is doing their job nicely at the hotel. Applause to that! There are many restaurants near the hotel. We even ordered Grab delivery. I will definitely come back! Just one small suggestion, please refill the toiletries (cotton buds, comb etc) if not everyday but at least once in two days. We only got it once on the first and the tooth brush and the comb’s quality is so bad.

The staff welcomed us with a smile at reception and with fruits in our room. Loads of amenities, pools and massage tables and the best bit, no kids in this part of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was only topped by the service and attention to detail by the staff and our waiter Tae never missed a beat. Thanks for a relaxing but fun filled time.

Just got home from a week long stay at the Sunprime resort & I could not recommend it highly enough. I let the resort know prior to checking in that we were staying for our honeymoon & we were greeted with a flower petal covered bed & a free bottle of wine. For the price point the room was really nice & the mattress was actually comfortable (rare for SEA). From the manager, to the reception staff & especially the lovely bartender who works the beach bar most nights I had nothing but great interactions. Also make sure to try their Khao Soi, the Thai food out of their restaurant was amazing.

Beautiful hotel. No, not the newest in the area however the rooms are super clean and staff are amazing. Buffet breakfast is huge on choice. For the money we paid to be here this is excellent value!! Close to the beach and a small area of shops, massage etc.
