Amazing hotel, highly recommend.
Staff are extremely polite, professional and friendly. Food was 10/10 until the last night but I put this down to ordering as the kitchen was closing, it was very late.
Location is perfect, couldn’t be better.
All areas are well maintained and clean.
Rooms are basic, the only downside for me. More of a 3* feel for the rooms, the TV looked to be amazing until we realised no apps worked and there is no live TV, even for Thai channels. Not a major issue as I don’t spend much time in the rooms but would have been nice to have a telly when settling at night.
All pool areas are great, all bars / restaurants are great. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve ever been in.
If the rooms were upgraded and modernised, with the TV’s working as they should, this would likely be a higher 4* / possible low 5*.
I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our visit. A special thanks to Alex, who provided outstanding assistance. He was always helpful, gave us great advice, and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and friendly attitude made our experience even better.
Highly recommended – we will definitely come back!

Stayed there for a week and safe to say we were very impressed with the services we received!
The hotel itself was huge and right on the beach and also pretty close to carnival magic. The staff were insanely friendly and helpful and were always happy to say hello to us, whether it was the front desk, buffet breakfast, pool bar, or even the room cleaning workers!
One of the servers named Jakjaan at one of the buffet dinner nights was incredibly friendly and helpful!
Also very clean!! room service always did a great job and bathrooms very immaculate!
good variety with food every night and good selection from the breakfast buffet every morning!
also helped being in the no kids part of the hotel especially when we dealt with screaming kids for 6 hours on the plane
all in all, nice place! and would definitely come back!!

A fantastic, well-equipped beachfront hotel. Ticks all of the boxes for a large hotel.
The rooms are modern, clean and amply facilitated. The staff are attentive yet relaxed and make you feel at home instantly.
My only concern would be that we were lucky with our hotel room (3017) - it’s a garden terrace deluxe room that was very well positioned and not over looked. However, not all rooms had the same setting or view. There are a few rooms where privacy is non-existent. Ensure you do your homework, via reviews and request a location in advance.
The pools were a good size and we always managed to find a bed, even if we arrived in the afternoon. There is a strict no empty bed reservation policy before 10am which helps.
We stayed for the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner, which was excellent. Definitely worth the money and a real memorable experience.
The hotel gym was more than suitable for a maintenance workout whilst away. It’s open from 7am via a coded keypad.

What an incredible experience for my first ever visit to Thailand. The people and service is outstanding! 20/10! The food the amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, the staff are out of this world.
The only only downside was unfortunately the room as my parents, teenage brother (17) and I (24) had to share a bathroom. Other then that the rooms were cleaned and tidied every morning with fresh bottled water left in the fridge.
Out of the 2 restaurants at the hotel, I would highly recommend the Restaurant By The Sea as the staff and service are both excellent.
I would 100% come back here!
