A fabulous hotel. Located in the posh part of Ho Chi Minh. The rooms and standards of service , including the breakfast were just top notch. I can't find anything to fault. For the first time ever, everything in the hotel room just worked .No funny taps, blocked drains etc. These folk no how to treat guests well. I stayed a week. As an English speaker, every staff member spoke with an amazing quality of English. I wish my Vietnamese was that good. Was here for a business strip. Will be coming back with my family.

Best hotel experience ever! The room was well-decorated and functional. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was not very diverse but was delicious. The location of the hotel is in the top tier. All famous attractions of HCMC are within walking distance. We had a wonderful time there in June 2023.

We did not stay here so I can’t comment on the rooms but we experienced the Happy Hour on the roof top last night and it was “Fabulous” ! Great views of the sunset and nice cold beers and drinks at 50% off (still $$ but worth it) and hot spicy nuts. Looks like there is a band on some nights. Friendly service.

Great location with beautiful city or river view! Close to the attractions of the city. Prompt service from staff upon request. The only downside is the mattress is too soft or old, cannot support the back. The staff tried to fix the problem though. The food of breakfast buffet is well presented but taste could be improved. The waitresses serve the customers nicely by cleaning the dishes fast and helping the seating.

I stayed at the Caravelle Hotel for 5 days and had an overall great experience. The location is unbeatable—right near the iconic Opera House and at the heart of everything. The staff were always willing to help, and the Executive Lounge is a must-try! The food selection there was excellent, and the staff were attentive and professional. The reason for 4 stars is that we had a significant issue with smoke in our room—it was really bad, and unfortunately, all they could do was apologize. Despite this, the hotel is a wonderful place to stay, and I would consider returning for its location and exceptional service.
