This hotel is super cool, the location of this hotel are just more than perfect, it next to the opera house as well as Takashimaya mall. The building it self have alot of heritage to it. The breakfast experience here are just phenomenal, the buffet was pack with some of the most luxury as well as delicious food. The pool here is pretty special, it about 50m long and 6ft tall, it pretty hard to find a hotel that have such a pool like this one.

The room is nice, but bedding not comfortable! Stayed 2 nights but not able to sleep. The pool is weird, not made for swimming. The worst is no privacy due to those male staff always around with their phone on and so sneaky. 😑 why are they around when ladies are with their swimming suit or bikini on? This 5 stars hotels influenced by the roots of no standard, no class culture!

Positives- Location and rooms are perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool And room service menu food and drinks great selection. Negatives- refused to change one note as it has a TINY mark on it. They charged $115 Aud for pick up service from airport which would have been $5 with grab. Breakfast was average

Excellent hotel! Right next to the Opera House with a fantastic location close to the mall, plenty of shops, cafés, and eateries. My room included lounge access, and it was worth every penny. I was so impressed with the canapés and drinks hour, the food was delicious! Having breakfast in the lounge also made a big difference compared to the crowded main buffet downstairs. The room and facilities could use a little touch-up here and there, but nothing major. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my first trip to Vietnam!
LOVE CIA
Worst hotel ever. The room is covered with a moldy smell that got me sick for the length of stay there. Food was mediocre at best. Save the “worst” for last: the most incompetent front staff ever, from the doorman to the manager, who looks down on customers and treat the guest like beggars. They couldn’t provide any solutions to the moldy room but keep denying the fact that their rooms smile like an animal farm Check out was also a struggle where they have no clue when being asked about a few charges in my room. I was told “oh you should be aware of these charges” and immediately shoved the check with mu signature to my face. Please stop claiming yourself as five stars. I ended up paid extra 200 usd and stayed at the Hyatt. Worth every cents.
