An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Service, Perfect Location & World-Class Hospitality From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were absolutely blown away by the level of service, the breathtaking location, and the impeccable facilities. This was more than just a getaway – it was a truly unforgettable experience. A very special mention must go to Nabil at Reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Not only did he warmly welcome us and personally show us around the property, but he also orchestrated a beautiful birthday surprise during our dinner and along with housekeeping, arranged a lovely room setup that made the celebration feel incredibly special. His attention to detail, genuine care, and thoughtful gestures truly touched our hearts. The restaurants’ team also deserves praise for their consistently warm, friendly, and attentive service. Every meal was not only delicious but enhanced by the kind and professional staff who made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to Cathy, Terrence, Moosa, Alex, Rio, Tommi, Timmi and Kumar. Kudos to all the hotel staff! Everyone is always greeting you with a warm smile. The resort itself is stunning – perfectly located just 35 minutes by speedboat with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained grounds, and top-notch facilities that cater to both relaxation and recreation. This was easily one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable – we’ll definitely be back!

Nice hotel and very good staff. - Kids Club EZone was amazing and used by the whole family. They have PlayStations / Switch, Football Table and Pinball Machine - Room was spacious and clean thanks to Monir from Housekeeping who is an absolute star! Mentioned to his Supervisor Ram who did a great job as well. - The restaurants are good but lack variety, especially the International Buffet which did not change for the 4 days we were there. - The staff however are great everywhere - especially Timmi from the Thai Restaurant and Rygin from the Italian Restaurant. - Great areas for snorkeling all around - Parrot named Jack who is very Friendly and nice - Waterpark and lazy river were great - I wish there were more shaded areas - Some sort of Daily focus or Theme nights at the International Restaurant would be great - We had to book a place as the restaurants were full but the resort was very empty so I wonder how this would work out when the resort is full - Thai section at the international restaurant is very limited - the Thai Chefs are great and helpful, but I wish there was more authentic Thai food.. - only the Thai restaurant and the Waiting area by the reception have AC.. - the website and booking experience was very bad. Website was unintuitive and the Callcenter staff was just rude and unhelpful. We almost cancelled due to this. - the price dropped after we booked and there was no way Centara would honor their „best price“ guarantee for us which is dissapointing - birthday of our kid was mentioned at the booking and at check in and we were willing to pay for a cake but it was ignored until the day after the birthday when we got a small complimentary cake.. It’s a bit dissapointing as our kid saw other children getting celebrated in the restaurant etc.. We did not expect much but a little recognition. Would recommend the Hotel for Families and short stays as the food will get boring really quick, would also recommend to book over Travel Agent but not direct with Centara.

We have booked a 4 day 3 night stay with my family but it was not as impressed as expected. It started raining when we arrived by speedboat. We were told to walk to the restaurant on our own — even though we had luggage including two computers and other belongings weighing about 10 kg. No umbrella was provided, and no buggy service was available, poor resort. When we finally reached the Sailhouse restaurant, many dishes had already run out and were not refilled. After finishing our meal, we asked the staff for a buggy. Cathy, a staff member at Sailhouse, seemed uninterested and unhelpful, so we ended up carrying all our belongings back to the room in heavy rain and strong wind. For dinner reservations, both the first and second days were fully booked, they informed that Centara Grand guests booked already. So we could only dine on the third (last) night. For the first two nights, the earliest available slot was 20:30 — quite late, especially since we had small children. Overall, we felt disappointed with the hotel’s management and service, considering we paid over USD 4,000. It was the raining season, so it rained often. Even when we requested buggy service from Cathy at Sailhouse again, none ever came. I would like to officially complain about this. In conclusion, it was not worth the price — the benefits did not match what was advertised. This was our first and last time staying at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives. - After received the message from Centara Mirage Lagoon - Dear Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives Team, Thank you for your kind message and respond to my feedback. I truely appreciate it. I understand your explanation and apology, and I believe it is important for future guests to be aware that expectations for a 5-star resort experience may not align with the current 4-star standard of Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives. From the moment we arrived at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives, we were treated like family. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. The resort itself is stunning — crystal clear water, beautifully maintained facilities, and spacious, comfortable rooms with breathtaking views. What really stood out was how family-friendly everything was. There were endless activities for the kids, from the water slides to the kids’ club, which meant the adults could enjoy some well-deserved relaxation too. The food was excellent with so many delicious options, and the variety kept every meal exciting. Every detail, big and small, was taken care of — from smooth transfers to little surprises in the room. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone who wants the perfect Maldives experience!

Stayed in Mirage for 2 nights with family (2 teenagers and a two-years old boy and an infant of 4 months). It was a great stay. Team were very friendly. Restaurants were great too. Had the pleasure of experiencing Thai, Italian in Mirage and Tandoor in the grand. Staff in all the restaurants were amazing and friendly. Sorry, we can’t remember all names, but everyone who served us were great. Food was also great. Special mention of The Gallery team - JK and the team were excellent. Breakfast team was also exceptional. The girl who did our check-in was also great. Kids club girls were also very friendly. It was so comforting to see lifeguards around - they were visible all the time when we were swimming in water villas. They look attentive too. Buggy guys were also friendly. House keeping: rooms were well looked after and rooms were clean. House keeping team was efficient and super fast in responses. Aswan and Ram did a great job. Your app is great. Responses were very fast. Would definitely recommend Mirage for families who are looking for a great value. Thank you for the beautiful upgrade too 😊 we booked 2 beach units, but due to non-availability of inter connecting rooms, they upgraded us to water villas. The kids room in all the villas is a great idea.
