Had an amazing holiday here!! We were welcomed by staff and they helped with our bags up the stairs and also down into our room! All staff are amazing(reception, bar, restaurant, pool and entertainment)especially the entertainment team Mattia, Margherita and Zoe who made us laugh non-stop! They are all very polite and friendly people who definitely made the holiday and hotel experience a lot better, trying their best to keep everyone entertained… just a shame about the equipment that they have been provided with in the evening as it was a big struggle for them to use and breaks up a lot when using the microphone. The views the room with a partial sea view and in the hotel is beautiful and food is okay too, definitely not for the more picky eaters. The room we were in was alright and did the job it just needs a refresh with the bathroom/shower. The WiFi did not work in our room but it did on the balcony and around the hotel. Overall had an amazing experience (again mainly down to the team at this hotel)!!!

Good hotel with lots of nearby restaurants and beaches in walking distance. Only had 3 hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people for a week, asked for more and they only gave me 2 extra, which was slightly annoying. Our room was also cleaned a bit lack luster with the bathroom still being quite dirty on 2 out of the 7 days we were there. The A/C in the room was extremely loud, to the point it sounded like a windy storm outside our balcony whenever we had it on. Wifi signal in our room was very weak and we could only use it on the balcony or 1 corner of our room. Staff however are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and main pool both a good size, with lots of sunbeds, but can get full by mid morning. Hotel breakfast also decent, offering a variety of hot and cold items. I stayed here for a birthday and they left a bottle of ice cold wine and some desserts in our room upon arrival, which was a great touch. Overall, I did enjoy my experience and duration of my stay, however the cleaning and organisation of necessities in the room could be a higher standard due to it being a 4 star hotel. Would recommend going, especially for what you can do in the area of Paleokastritsa.

The hotel is quite good, actually very nice. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only downside is that the food was more or less the same, there wasn’t much variety in the dishes. Other than that, everything was excellent, and the view was wonderful. From the room you could clearly see the bay and the sea.

Recently stayed here for our honeymoon. I only have positive memories of the hotel and surrounding area. The food was plentiful and good. I ate like a horse. 😊 The staff were all fantastic The room was spacious and clean The views were beautiful. Thanks for the memories guys. ❤️

Currently here at the moment, wifi is shocking no connection in room non existent went to speak to reception staff to be told it's the area, slow everywhere. Hardly works in reception either. Room is a box room, with a big chest in the walk way to which keep banging our legs and both have raised bruises. Have to keep a light on to see at night. Bed was supposed to be a double to arrival was 2 single beds (fishfingers) they said they will push them together. The rooms definitely need updating as is like a hostel. Lifts cannot fit 2x people in and your luggage look very old. Taxi from the airport to here was €50 and then got to reception here and €70 for tax!! Food- we are only BNB but breakfast is always cold , had to send to kitchen to be warmed in microwave still wasnt hot when bought back out. No hash browns! Or pancakes. Noise from the maids from 6am is unreal banging stuff around and trollys moving on the floors. Talking so loudly. Their cleaning cudboard is facing our room. No choice to get up. Would say this is the worst hotel we've stayed in. Views are really nice, pools are decent roof pool nice to sit by in the evenings. The onsight shop is ok for choice reasonable prices too. Bus stop to Corfu town is literally outside the hotel and cost €5 for 2 of us 1 way. Recommendations from receptionist for nice places to eat were really nice places happy with those. Not wheelchair friendly at all. All in all to end this i Would say this was not a 4 star hotel would be pushing it at a 3 star. More like a hostel than a hotel.
