Travel with Jet2holidays, I've got food poisoning from their buffet (*as a several other guest). Food selection was the same every day and was getting smaller. Poor customer service during the stay, no Internet as they run out of data, no entertainment as it was the end of the season, room given was not clean with full fridge after previous occupants as bedding! very assertive staff, it's what it is deal with it. My last visit to Corfu for a long time or forever!

Although not perfect, we enjoyed our week at this resort in October 2024. The weather for the last week in October was perfect every day, nice and warm with plenty of sunshine. The hotel bills itself as being a 5 star resort however it’s nowhere near that but I’m sure they are making full use of the additional tourist tax that this attracts.
Food was good and varied, even if the queues in the buffet restaurant became insufferable some evenings, with a lack of plates and cutlery. The food choice was decent though and always something different to try each day.
The drinks were terrible, even the local beer had no strength to it at all and the wine was so bad. Even drinking the cocktails and spirits with mixers - everything was so watered down and cheap that it wasn’t really possible to enjoy anything and I tried most of them. Coffee from the machines was nice enough and it was useful to help yourself rather than queue up for a coffee.
The beach area was a highlight with lovely shallow and calm sea, great views and plenty of places to sit or sunbathe. The short pier was lovely to sit on in the evening and we even caught sight of a small octopus one night.
Our room was clean and comfortable but very dated with broken and dirty fixtures and fittings. It was just about OK for our stay but again another reason why this hotel should not be deemed a 5 star resort. I realise that the rooms are in the process of being renovated at the moment.
There is nothing nearby or around the hotel at all but the walk along the beach into town was pleasant. It’s a quiet location which suited us fine.
The main pool was good but very cold, our son enjoyed the slide and we made use of the paddleboats at the beach.
The Italian themed restaurant in the evening was poor as the food wasn’t authentic or good. My pizza had so much cheese on it that it was just inedible and too stodgy after a few mouthfuls.
Wi-Fi around the hotel was non-existent and extremely poor. I don’t think it really ever worked properly throughout our stay.
We played tennis at the courts one afternoon which was good but there was quite a bit of a wait, so perhaps a booking system would be useful. I also had a massage in the spa which was good, although expensive.
All in all it was a nice break at the end of October for some warm autumn sunshine, but the hotel needs to improve in many areas to be considered a 4 star resort, let alone 5 star.

Very nice apartment enjoyed my stay here. Clean and tidy, rooms are very nice, had lovely view from hotel room. Food was delicious, only problem was queing for breakfast and evening time. Entertainment on site was brilliant. Lovely walk along to village from apartment.. Loved swimming pools and lying on sunbeds. Staff were very friendly and polite, had very nice time..

We stayed for 7 nights as family of 3.Its a 5* location with 2* food!
The good;
•Great location
•Excellent facilities
•Pool snacks
•Entertainment and staff
The bad;
•alcohol is served in paper cups at time
•Awful restaurant food - 2 of us were very ill, we lost 2 days of the holiday. Other People were being sick too.
Chinese Restaurant -1 , Some food was not fully cooked.
Also when we’ve been booking In the description, been writing about inside pool, Yes, it’s have but +16 So if you’re coming with children’s not have chance coming inside! About this one it’s been nothing writing in descriptions!

We arrived here & were instantly blown away with how beautiful it looks. We checked in very quickly & easy. We had 2 rooms & stayed for 7 nights so had to pay 140 in room tax as apparently now a 5*.(🤷)
We didn't get any help looking to our room & no directions. We found a cleaner & they advised.
Rooms were standard ( if that) they were clean which is the main thing. But the sink tap is nothing more than a trickle, we had 3 beds in ours and was a bit of a squeeze. Our rooms were with a garden view which was a great location to everything.
We arrived around 4pm and the evening buffet opened at 6.30 we headed up & it looked ok. My autistic son immediately was happy about spaghetti pasta, fresh pizza and chips.
These are served every night but other things changed.
The food was warm ( if that) and I wouldn't trust to eat the meat after myself and my daughter had food poisoning. It was really bad & reception told us unless we go to hospital to get it confirmed then we couldn't make a complaint. Even after showing them the food was raw & I don't like to waste my holiday in hospital when I know how to deal with food poisoning without intervention.
There is a man in the main dining area who seats people and causes nothing but carnage, massive queues up the stairs to get a seat. When he's not there people manage to seat themselves easily and no queues.
The grounds are lovely, beautiful, and well kept. The pools are great but mostly too deep for kids to actually enjoy, we found a nice pool which was out the way but perfect depth for my 9year old daughter to swim and feel comfortable in.
The crepe stand is lovely and the staff are great, very over worked though bless them.
Gyros stand really nice and the outdoor bars are nice.
The beer is very watered down and as a 5 star the whole small tumbler cup isn't good. Cocktailz are absolutely rubbish and again no effort put in.
The restaurants by the beach are lovely and they really do pull out all the stops with the food and service. But you have to book and as we've gone in October it wasn't very busy but had to wait until our last night to go as was fully booked prior. I can imagine it to be hard to get a booking in season.
Kids drinks are watered down so we had to keep getting our own drinks from the shop which is unfair especially when you've paid for a 5*
The cleaners are great, very thorough and stock ypu with 2 bottles of water daily.
I do not understand the criteria to get a 5* because this isn't it at all. I have stayed at 3* that have been better
Will I go back? No, not at all.
It's really not good value for money especially when you have to love on toast because of food poisoning. I only ate there so cannot have been from anywhere else.
