We had a wonderful stay at Crystal’s Beach. The hotel is beautifully set right on a stunning stretch of beach — calm waters, soft sand, and plenty of loungers to relax. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made our experience feel special. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with lovely ocean views and all the amenities you’d expect from a Radisson property. The food selection was good with a nice variety, especially at breakfast, and the themed dinners were a nice touch. The pool and bar areas were well kept and had a great holiday vibe. However, a few things let the experience down slightly. Upon arrival, the TV and room phone weren’t working, and there was no hot water in the shower. The bathtub area could use a deep clean, as the skirtings looked a bit worn and tired. While the staff were quick to assist where possible, these small maintenance issues did take away from the overall comfort. Also, relook at reservation prcoedure, as you need to book in advance for a restaurant and can't walk in, however when you are seated, there are alot of no shows and restaurant is quite. Still, it’s a beautiful resort with great potential, and with some attention to room upkeep, it could easily be a perfect 5-star stay. Overall, it’s a wonderful resort for a relaxing getaway, and we’d happily return. 🌴✨

Our Top Pick in Mauritius! Superb Location, Excellent Service, and Great for Families. ​C Mauritius (formerly Crystals Beach Resort) was easily the best place we stayed at in Mauritius. The location is superb! The drive from the airport along the scenic East Coast, guided by Google Maps, was beautiful and the resort was easy to locate. Ample open-air parking is available. ​Service & Amenities ​We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be accommodated for an early check-in in short order—a testament to the courteous and smiling staff. A special shout-out to Bimala (hope I remembered the name correctly) for her warm welcome! ​The property is a decent size with plenty to do. Highlights include: ​Several swimming pools, including a dedicated adults-only pool. ​The Acqualand water park is on-site and provides great fun for kids and adults alike. ​The private beach is impeccably maintained and clean. ​Three restaurants offer excellent dining variety. ​Amenities like a kids' play area, gym, spa, and open-air chess boards provide ample engagement. ​Our ocean-facing room was generous in size, featuring a lovely sitting space that led right out towards the beach. The entire stay was calm, quiet, and peaceful. Both check-in and checkout were seamless. ​Areas for Improvement (Constructive Feedback) ​While we had a lovely time and would definitely book again, a few minor improvements could make the stay perfect: ​Pool Heating: Only one of the pools seemed to be heated, which was a dampener on cooler days. ​Room Amenities: There was no iron or ironing board in the room. ​Restaurant Layout: The placement of the live cooking counter right in the middle of the restaurant creates a bottleneck, as the queue clogs the space and blocks access to other food sections. Moving the live counter to a corner would greatly improve efficiency and flow. ​Overall, this is a fantastic property and a must-book for anyone visiting Mauritius. We had a lovely time!

I came with family of varied ages, had a lovely time, rooms were spacious with large balconies. There are plenty of places to relax. Mr Ajay and team were very hospitable. All workers provided wonderful service throughout with entertainment throughout the day and different themed night everyday. The deep tissue massage was amazing, felt like a new person after and products used were soothing. Gym was small but had everything you need. The hotel is going through renovations in small sections, so I would recommend and come back again to see how Crystals Beach gets even better.

The resort features two pools, including a heated adults-only pool, adding to the serene and relaxing vibes throughout. The staff here are exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any holiday wish. Special thanks to Roshnee, who was incredibly helpful and organized every detail perfectly, making my stay truly unforgettable. Sam from the front office greeted us with a warm smile and explained everything we needed to know about the hotel. Housekeeping was always on point thanks to Nina, the attentive supervisor, ensuring everything stayed spotless. At the bar, Alex kept the atmosphere lively with amazing cocktails and entertainment. The spa experience was blissful with relaxing treatments from Teeshty and Devashi. Dining was a true highlight. At the Quatre Cocos Asian Restaurant, Mr. Ram, Dinesh, Mahesh, and Chef Akash offered exceptional service and delicious flavors. At Belle Vue Restaurant, the talented chefs—Chef Sharma, Kishan, Sanjeev, Monhir, and Kavish—delighted us with beautifully presented dishes, while Nitesh delivered outstanding service that made every meal memorable. Mornings began perfectly with Anastasia’s stretch sessions on the beach, adding joy and movement to the start of each day. The food was nothing short of extraordinary—each dish beautifully presented, like Michelin-star quality, and absolutely delicious. This resort exceeded all expectations, combining stunning surroundings, exceptional service, and exquisite cuisine. I cannot recommend Crystals Beach Resort enough—it’s a magical place, and I can’t wait to return! ✨
