Having a very nice and wonderful time here during our 1 day at Ranevala hotel. The foods are kind of outstanding and finger licking. By far the drinks were undoubtedly well served. The pools are also very spacious. Coming to activities are kind of interesting. Various activities... And so on

The reception was very welcoming, the restaurant was awesome and the view was pleasant, the foods were delicious with many choices. However, the room we got as a couple was not suitable at all, we had to deal with insects in the bathroom even a pigeon entered the false ceiling which was quite disturbing, we tried to request for another room but they said it was fully booked, i had to deal with this discomfort, i would recommend the hotel to have good maintenance and house keeping

We stayed at this hotel as a crew for a few days, and on our last day, we extended our stay, paying everything as required. Our check-out time was supposed to be at 6:30 PM, but at around 6 PM, someone knocked on my door and immediately entered without waiting for a response. I was almost undressed, and a man walked in to ask when I would be leaving. I explained that my check-out was at 6:30 PM and that reception was informed, as the room had been paid for until that time.
This experience was utterly inappropriate and unprofessional. Never in my life have I encountered such behavior from hotel staff. To make matters worse, I received multiple phone calls afterward asking the same question. Additionally, the staff sometimes call just to check how I’m doing or to provide unnecessary hotel information. It felt intrusive and overly pushy.
Another major disappointment was when I sent a dress to be laundered, and it was returned with greasy stains that smelled like fish. This was shocking, as I trusted the hotel with my belongings, and receiving them in such a condition is unacceptable.
On top of all this, the hotel lacks a quiet space to enjoy a cup of coffee. Music is played loudly everywhere, making it impossible to find a peaceful corner. Would it not be possible to create at least one area where guests can relax in tranquility?
Overall, I found these aspects of my stay disappointing and far below the standard of professionalism and service I expected.

Food in the main restaurant is excellent with a large variety of meals available every day.
Hotel employees make you feel at ease.
Lots of outdoor activities available to our entire satisfaction.
A special Mention to the assistant Front Manager (Mr Y P) for delivering top quality service during our check in . Really appreciated.
