We visited for our 10-year anniversary, and this vacation was by far the best we've ever had! The room was amazing—clean, organized, and made with high-quality materials. The view from our private pool was the most beautiful I've ever seen! The hotel's general infinity pool was also incredible, featuring a great cocktail bar and comfortable beds. The service was outstanding—they even offered to clean our glasses at the pool! We received an amazing breakfast with around 14 dishes, delivered to our room exactly on time. Truly amazing!

The whole accommodation was amazing. The infinity pool was very good, we didn't even have anything like it. The lady at the reception, Alice, was very nice and helpful. I told him in advance what occasion we had booked the accommodation for, so he upgraded our room to a Honeymoon Suite. It also had its own cave pool, which was an amazing sight. Thank you very much for everything, and if anyone asks, we will be the first to recommend this accommodation to everyone!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment we arrived, the superb service was evident. The hotel generously offered a complimentary ride to and from the airport/ferry, which was incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond by assisting with our luggage both upon arrival and departure, making our journey seamless and stress-free.
The only minor downside was the stairs leading up to the hotel, but this small inconvenience was far outweighed by the overall experience. The hotel’s charm and amazing views, combined with the excellent service, more than made up for it.
The complimentary breakfast was a delightful highlight of our stay. Each morning, the breakfast was delivered beautifully set up, and the quality of the food was outstanding. It was the perfect way to start our day. Not to mention that breakfast can be served in your room, patio, private poolside, or even poolside at their grand infinity pool.
Dinner was great as well here at the Orkos. Their lunch and dinner were the same during my stay.
Overall, this hotel provided an amazing stay with exceptional service, stunning surroundings, and delicious food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Has a wonderful view and my only disappointment was that I didn't stay longer. There are a lot of steps, but they graciously help with your luggage. Breakfast options were top notch along with excellent service and another amazing view.

Stunning location, and such a unique sunset from our suite's pool! Truly a magical place. However, the front desk reception was discouraging--didn't give us much of a welcome, and didn't have the spa reservations I'd emailed about, and the rooms/furnishings themselves aren't as classy as the price would indicate. Hot water also was out for our first 24 hours, which was a challenge. When we were able to visit the spa, loved the cave vibe there and private plunge pool. Enjoyed the 150 stairs to breakfast workout and the amazing views! The rooms and pools are surprisingly private, and Firostefani is a calmer place than Oia.
