Beware – This is NOT a true 5-star experience. We booked The Saint expecting a luxury VIP stay, but what we got was beyond disappointing. The rooms were filthy — bugs and flies everywhere: in the sink, showers, pools, and even the jacuzzi. The bathroom reeked of sewage, and the jacuzzi had napkins and debris sunk at the bottom when we arrived. Completely disgusting and unacceptable for a property of this level. There was no privacy whatsoever — staff walked into our private area constantly without notice, destroying any sense of exclusivity. When we asked for help, a technician showed up, promised a follow-up, and no one ever returned. To make matters worse, we received a parking ticket because the hotel never told us we couldn’t park in front, despite everyone else being parked there. On top of it all, our “private transfer” arranged by the hotel was 30 minutes late, making us late for our flight. The only redeeming part of our stay was Alex, who genuinely tried to help, but one staff member cannot make up for the overall neglect, lack of cleanliness, and complete disregard for guests. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere , this is not the luxury it pretends to be.

Saint Suites Oia offers one of the best hospitality experiences in Santorini. The atmosphere is stunning and the service truly exceptional , the staff are very kind, professional, and welcoming. We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we used the pool and restaurant area, and it was beyond our expectations. Relaxing by the pool with such great service was a real highlight. A special thanks to the manager, Mike incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. His positive attitude made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find a place that opens its facilities to non-guests while maintaining such high standards. Everything was perfect we’ll definitely be back!

Great View, But Far Below Luxury Expectations The only reason this hotel gets three stars from me is the terrace with a private pool—truly the highlight. The view is stunning, no doubt, but you can get the same or even better views from other hotels in Santorini for a lower price. For example, in Firostefani we stayed at a hotel with a better view, private jacuzzi, and only €250 per night. Rooms: Disappointing. When we first walked in, I asked my husband if this was a joke. The room felt unfinished, as if it hadn't been properly remodeled—surprising for a hotel supposedly built in 2019. The floors weren’t tiled, and it looked like paint had been splashed carelessly on the floor during wall painting. Not what you'd expect from a so-called "luxury" property. This place needs a major update. Staff: Mixed experience. Reception staff were polite enough but should avoid speaking in Greek in front of guests—it felt unprofessional. That said, the one standout was a hardworking gentleman from Ghana, who seemed to be doing everything and always with a great attitude. Food: Underwhelming. We ordered the octopus for dinner based on good reviews, but it was a letdown. In fact, we didn’t have good octopus anywhere on the island except at Melitini restaurant. Breakfast was average—fruit platter was excellent, but the coffee was undrinkable, tasted watered down. Privacy: Not great. We were regularly disturbed by pool staff cleaning early in the morning—not ideal when you’re trying to relax on vacation. Summary: While the view from the terrace is postcard-worthy, the hotel lacks luxury in every other way. The rooms are bare and feel unfinished, the food isn’t memorable, and service could be more professional. This place is all about the view—but if you’re looking for a full luxury experience, you’ll be disappointed. Absolutely amazing experience — I’m beyond happy. This is by far the best hotel I’ve been to in Greece, and I’m already planning to come back. Everything was excellent: all-inclusive services, top-notch amenities, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. Special mention to Fanouris, who made the stay even more memorable with his kindness and professionalism. Can’t recommend it enough — just perfect!
