An amazing resort just at the beachfront. The place has a good architecture with a vernacular setting.
The service is good and staff is very polite and welcoming. Views to the sea are great from every room. Their breakfast is one of the best ones with very good restaurant and sitting space. There are a couple of activities to do within the resort. Recommended for a good stay in Phuket.

Stopped at this hotel for over two weeks and was totally disappointed with my time . The best thing about this hotel is the staff were fantastic. The hotel itself is dated and needs an update location to beach is good but otherwise the location is poor bus or taxi ride to see some life. I always try to be positive about hotels I stay at but I struggle with this hotel , meals I thought very average (Thanks to Albatross cafe 5 minutes walk and excellent food we did not go hungry. Tops daily supermarket was a godsend as well. No atmosphere at all drinks very overpriced entertainment very very average. Christmas brunch ok but not worth the money . For new year they had a gala at over $450 a head . Booked another hotel attended there gala and still in pocket. Then icing on the cake was asking for £350 to extend/get a room for 6hrs a complete rip off would never return .

The food was outstanding, and the service was flawless. Our guests were amazed by how smoothly everything ran, especially in Phuket’s warm January weather.

We were put in a room where the ventilation just did not work. there was condensation all over the floor to the point that it was slippery to walk on. The furnishings were also very old.
We asked if we could PAY for an upgrade but the concierge did not even bother checking and just told us they were full. Even though I can see multiple rooms available for booking online for the next couple of days. They put us in another similar room on the other side of the building that was for their members, it's slightly newer but not very different. But at least the air conditioning works.
Overall the hotel is quite dated and feels nowhere near a 5 star property that it claims to be.
