This hotel wowed me beyond anything I'd ever expected! The moment I set foot in this beautiful resort I was having trouble keeping my jaw from falling right off my head! The architecture is gorgeous, and the use of space is terrific. There is a wide range of restaurants, lounges and bars, catering to their occupants every need. The rooms were exceptional quality and spacious, and the many facilities suited people of all demographics. My family and I only stayed here for a few days, but we were very impressed, and are hoping to come back to Phuket just to spend more time here!

This is the third time we have stayed here and once again had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we knew that we were home for the next 2 wks. We were extremely grateful for our upgrade at no cost and the service was outstanding.
The room cleanliness was extremely high standard.
Lets not forget the poolside daily happy hour :)
The hotel is positioned really well as almost everything is walking distance. There are bars within minutes walking and the beach the same.
Taxi service for those that need transport is literally outside the hotel.

The staff is helping and polite. The cleanliness of the hotel is just acceptable. As the hotel is not new, many areas need to repair or renovate (such as bath tube, shower head and wall in the room). Too many mosquitoes in the hotel. We reserved three pool-access rooms for our group of 7 (including 1 kid). All three rooms have many mosquitoes (4-6 each) inside the rooms when we first checked in. No kid amenities provided upon request. Breakfast is not bad, and again, good services at all.

5 star hotel that deserves a 5 star rating. It has amazing services, restaurant, daily activities, pool, massage and more. They also have free shuttle (drop off only) to Patong beach. Despite of its location being in a busy neighborhood, they have tight security so you feel safer especially at night.
Service wise, I have no comment. One time I came back to the room, and the floor was wet, due to humidity which is normal, and they dealt with it right away.
The dine-in food quality is also great. I'd definitely recommend.

I had a lovely 2-night stay as I was mostly looking for a nice place to rest my head at night, while I ventured out during the day. The continental breakfast was great with a large variety of food and drink options, the pool was relaxing with only a handful of people there at a time, and the spa services were wonderful. I had a late night flight departure so it was nice to be able to lay by the pool and then have access to a shower, even though I had checked out earlier in the day.
The room itself was fine, though could have done with a better cleaning before receiving its next guest.
