We originally booked to stay in a Deluxe Pool room but got upgraded to a one bedroom suite. If you get the chance to book one of these rooms they are fantastic and so spacious with a separate living area and a beautiful free standing bath in the bathroom area. Breakfast had a great selection although the restaurant itself gets pretty crowded and loud at peak times. The main pool is lovely to swim in but quite small.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would like to especially mention Alvin. He is very cooperative, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment you arrive, he makes you feel welcomed and comfortable, as if you are at home. The hotel itself has such a positive and clean environment, and with staff members like Alvin, the experience becomes even better. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stand out. The staff are amazing, the cleanliness is second to none, and the facilities are fantastic. I visited for a week with my partner and friends and everyone was so impressed with the Mercure. We visited the gym, day spa, swim up bar, regular bar and the club lounge and all were faultless. The central location is perfect as you can walk to everything, but the hotel itself is very peaceful with lush gardens and clean pools. The breakfast buffet was too good- probably the freshest breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. If you are tempted to treat yourself book a private pool villa; you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of us and making my first ever visit to Thailand an absolute stand out holiday.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and a team of attentive staff who genuinely try their best to make guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience due to the management not handling a serious situation with enough care. Our daughter has a lung condition, which makes a humid environment very risky for her health. The room we stayed in had extremely high humidity and a musty smell, which we reported to the reception right away. Only on the second day in the afternoon we were told that another room was available. Sadly, by then it was already too late – our daughter had become ill. When we explained once more how serious this was, we were finally offered a dehumidifier for the room – a solution that should have been provided on the very first night and could have prevented a lot of distress. Now our holiday is on hold, and we are mainly concerned about our daughter’s recovery. It is very disappointing that the issue was not handled more promptly from the start. With quicker and more thoughtful action, this situation could have been avoided. That being said, the staff members themselves were kind and helpful, but the way management dealt with this matter clearly leaves much room for improvement.

What a beautiful resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Our accommodation was pristine and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The in room dining we ordered was delicious and delivered so quickly! We were a short walk to Jungceylon and Central shopping malls, Bangla Rd and numerous quality massage and beauty providers. The quality and choice at the breakfast buffet was mind blowing. Our only regret was not staying here for longer. We will definitely return and recommend to everyone.
