What an absolutely fantastic experience. Beautiful hotel, great room (we booked the Honeymoon suite, no private pool/pool access) amazing views, pool and swim up bar amazing, and the breakfast was the best we had all holiday. The staff were exceptional, always so kind and accommodating- beyond our expectations. Our highlight was the infinity pool - great atmosphere, water was lovely and very clean and we loved the swim up bar. The hotel has a really convenient shuttle service to Patong which was used many times. The hotel app was also really convenient. Loved every part, would love to stay again.

One of the best experiences I’ve had so far with hotels. To be completely honest with you their service is another level, you really feel like you are at home, the staff make you feel so comfortable and relaxed, extremely positive and always welcoming you and helping you out. Our favorite is Kook. Thank you so much Kook for all of your kindness and support throughout the holiday. We will definitely come back just because of you.
I of course needed to try out their Spa. The massage Gin gave me was just what I Needed after my long trip. Thank you so much Gin! Definitely recommend and I will try the rest of their massage list.

Had a wonderful deep tissue massage! I nearly fell asleep. Pen was amazing. All the staff give you the most warm welcoming vibe. Professionalism at its finest and very accommodating. The whole hotel is fantastic a real treat thank you so much 🙏 ❤️

Before update**
Rooms are beautiful but too much noise in the mornings.
Service needs work in some areas. My partner and I were sitting with friends in the SkyBar area and the servers kept checking their watch making us feel like we shouldn’t be there even though the bar was open till midnight. It took 20mins to acknowledge our table and request drinks. Took far long to take order and give drinks.
Pool service is too slow. We were waiting to order drinks for at least 20minutes. Bar staff did not acknowledge us so we left.
Overall, very expensive for the sort of service we received. Not happy! Cheaper hotels in Thailand with amazing service. Expected better.

An excellent resort and the service was superb! The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the server, Noodang, was always bright, cheerful and helpful! Great location close to the action but not right in it so you can have peaceful rest. We had a issue with our room and Joe the night manager took care of it immediately, no argument and was extremely patient and helpful! Love the spa, great service and an excellent stress reliever! Fantastic place and would stay here again!
