Show hotel! We arrived as a family with 3 children and everything was perfect! The pool is very pampering! The restaurants are very tasty, everything is really excellent!!! 10 star hotel! But above all, the staff is very helpful and helpful at every opportunity! Especially Sordy, Abner and Joe who gave us excellent service and were so kind!!

We had the opportunity to choose the type of pillows and air freshener smell upon check-in. Very relaxing and luxurious.
Used the shuttle every time we wanted to go in/out from the room as the villa is 3-4 levels uphill, quick pickup within 5min. We booked a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. 1 room was with a living room and free mini bar and another room was separate. There is a roof deck upstairs. The view is amazing for sunset facing Pa tong beach. No noise from neighbors as we were in Villa zone. As in all tropical villas, lizards and butterflies are expected, don't worry they will not follow you or hurt you.
The hotel offered us a free in-room breakfast with a floating basket which was amazing, special thanks to Mr Gulf.
Overall, relaxing place to enjoy the infinity pool with awesome view with family or friends. Spa is very good as well, must try. Definitely will comeback as kids loved it.

The worst luxury hotel I have ever stayed in. After complaining multiple times, they did change our room just before checkout, However the bathroom was stinking and we were unable to use it. Very disappointed with the service we received after the price we paid. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR VACATION LIKE WE DID. There are multiple better resorts nearby. It's a 5 start resort but I wouldn't give it 1 star also. Highly disappointed.

Very beautiful resort and spa in Phuket! We had a wonderful time and the views from the room are beautiful! Amazing service and wonderful staff. The pools were amazing! Definitely worth checking out

We spend our honeymoon here the last week of October. Even though the resort has no beach, if offers a nice infinity pool and ocean view rooms with private pool. Bar service is ok, mixology is limited but they have a good selection of liquors. Prices of the mini bar items at the room are ridiculously high, but drinking at the pool area is way cheaper. There are no local stores or restaurants nearby (except from one in front of the hotel). 7 eleven is a 15 minute walk, but they offer a free shuttle to Patong area every 2 hours. They pick you up too! Food is delicious at breakfast and dinner. If you have lunch, the menu is way more limited. Despite there are families with children, there were no many and we enjoyed pretty much our stay.
