I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and both experiences were amazing. The first time, I stayed in a romance room with Ocean view, and the second time, I took a duplex villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is spread over two floors, and it’s absolutely beautiful. I loved the view, the warm welcome, and the excellent service. The staff really care about their customers and make sure you feel looked after. The breakfast was another highlight—so many choices, and everything was so delicious and fresh. The swimming pool and the overall vibe of the place are on another level—I can’t even explain how amazing it was. The terrace is also worth mentioning—they have a rooftop that’s perfect for watching the sunset. The view is stunning, and the food there is so tasty and yummy. Definitely worth trying! I also did a massage during my stay, and I absolutely loved it. It was so relaxing, and the therapists were excellent. It’s definitely an unforgettable memory for me. The location is also very strategic, close to so many attractions, which made it even more convenient. This is definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed, and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

Exceptional Stay in a Perfect Location! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From Day 1 we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The toilet is very big which is a huge plus for me and I like that they provide racks to hang your wet clothes on the balcony. Was surprised by the little sweet treats provided every night after we came back to the room and appreciated the little gestures from the hotel. On the day of my birthday, I also received a cake from one of the staff and they decorated the bed with a birthday greeting and 2 cute elephant towels! It’s the little gestures that made the stay a lot more memorable.

Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Price I had high expectations when booking this hotel for $300, but the reality was incredibly disappointing. First, we booked this place because of the advertised pool, only to arrive and find that our room had no pool access. The room itself was far from the main areas, had no view, and felt like one of the cheapest options despite the luxury pricing. Adding to the frustration, the restaurants inside the hotel close very early, leaving guests with only one option for dining. The location is also less than ideal—far from anything convenient or appealing. To make matters worse, our check-in experience was a nightmare. We spent almost an hour at the reception because the staff couldn’t find our reservation. This kind of disorganization is unacceptable, especially at this price point. Had I known the reality, I would never have chosen this hotel. It was a complete letdown and not worth the money or the hassle. Avoid if you’re looking for a seamless, comfortable stay.

Lovely hotel, beautiful views from rooms and pools. Lots of steps and pretty difficult to get around the hotel. Going from the bedroom to the reception 4 different set of stairs and and elevator. Pool area is as good as you can get. Service is slow.
