This is truly a 5 star hotel experience from when you step out of the vehicle all the way to check out. The staff is very kind and hospitable. The amenities are plentiful and extremely clean. Everything is modern with Thai design all around. We stayed in a villa and it was the best stay we had in all of Thailand. Absolutely worth the stay. The only regret I have is not staying here longer.

The villa is near-perfect. From the big pool, to the warm bed and cold air-conditioning, to the comfortable sofas, to the GREAT customer service, and even better food, everything is great. Don’t get me started about the view, the view from everywhere in the whole hotel from the lobby to the villa is so beautiful. However, there are only a couple flaws, which should be rather easy to fix, the internet does not reach the third floor, and the stairs inside the villa are very slippery, but in summary, 9.9/10 heavily recommend everyone visiting Phuket to come here.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are big and wide, the sofa in the living room is the biggest ive ever seen, but they're more likely suitable for couples, not for friends or family since the main bathroom has clear glass doors that opens to the master bedroom. Breakfast area is great and the food is good. Their service is not bad, but the buggies sometimes takes forever to pick us up, and that makes a big delay. I recommend if during peak time they add more drivers/buggies. It's located away from the beach, and shuttles schedule starts from 1:30 pm. To take you there.

It was our first time in Phuket, my partner and I cannot express just how wonderful our stay was with The Pavilions Phuket! We were taken aback by just how big the resort was and how we had to take a buggy to get around – we felt so pampered and spoiled. All the staff were so lovely, friendly and always welcoming us with a smile. There was a staff member who I forgot to get her name but she helped us check in smoothly and even helped us with ordering room service late at night because we were hungry (our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to The Pavilions until 11:15pm – room service finishes at 11:30pm). I would love to thank Cee (C) who helped us with booking our island day activity and helped book us another room for us on the day we were checking out because we had a late flight on the day we were checking out and didn’t want to be stuck at the airport or anywhere for long hours waiting. I would also love to thank all the staff who drove us around in the buggy and recommended places for us to visit during our stay. We went to the morning breakfast buffet at the Firefly restaurant every morning that we were there, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. We stayed in the Spa and Pool Villa and can we just say we were stunned at how big it was. We had our own private outdoor area with a private pool, the living room with its big spacious sofa bed, the bedroom with a big comfy bed and the spacious bathroom. We did not end up using the Spa room that we had so we will have to come back and use that room! And then on the last day when we checked out, we moved to the Tropical View Suite until we departed to the airport and the room was really nice too. Our trip ended too soon and the staff all sent us off with a smile and wished us a safe trip back home and to come visit again soon. We would love to come back again one day. Another big thank you to all the Reception staff, Buggy staff, Restaurant staff, Room Service staff and Cleaning staff for making our trip so amazing, comfortable and welcoming from the start to the end.

Review on the Pavilions, Phuket: Check in: The overall check in speed was quick and the service was professional. Regarding my personal expectation, I was disappointed little bit about the room assignment as I stayed in this hotel over 5 times already, and I drove car to this hotel every time, how could the staff assigned me a room which is far away from my car parking space. Be honest, just my personal expectation, not the hotel's fault. I just think that the hotel could do it better and the guest would have a better experience. Catering part: Regarding the catering part, I am glad to share my experience. Firstly, I was quite enjoying to have a meal during my breakfast time. There was a staff, called Meow, she was professional to serve us with a sincere smile. Simultaneously, other staffs were also professional during our breakfast time. However, there was a male staff to serve us on Monday, he did not ask us whether need to add the vegetable into the omelette, but Meow did ask us every time. Please catering manager pays a good attention on that training, it is very important for the guests' meal experience. Thank you. Secondly, my wife and me were having a very wonderful meal in Alto Italian restaurant. They are professional on serving their guests with all aspects, such as chit-chatting with us to ensure that the guests won't be bored. Moreover, the view was awesome and perfect for couple! Deserved to come and don't waste a chance to enjoy the sunset! Only one shortage I would like to mention that's the mosquito 🦟, I was bite over 10 times after the sunset. I know it's hard to control this matter, but I still wanna reflect this situation. Overall: All staffs are friendly and professional, we would definitely visit this hotel again in a nearly future. In its location, it was around 7-10 minutes driving distance from the famous western hood "Boat Avenue". and I have paid attention to the taxi centre which is locating next to the hotel, so I guess that would be also grateful for guests who did not drive. To Hotel, please potential increase the quantity of running machine (i.e. only one currently). Besides, the hotel shall consider to upgrade their loyal fans since my family and I always choose to stay at ur hotel over 5 times (sometimes under my name, sometimes under my family's name)... but of course, this is just my personal impression, you can ignore my message.
