I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I cannot recommend this resort enough - rooms are spacious, the staff is courteous, location is excellent. It is rare that have been offered such great hospitality. Me and My partner were very happy with our honeymoon stay. every small need taken care off ! special thanks to kitchen staff for making us vegetarian breakfast.

Everything, from A - Z, was beyond my expectations. They offered an upgrade with no charge, followed with vanilla ice teas seated at a fantastic view. The hotel service is ready and passionate to help at any time or request, even with late night calls. Friendly staff, with an excellent location and view next to Beau Vallon beach. My stay here was so comfortable and honestly had the most relaxing time. My friends and I stayed here for about 3 days and truly just enjoyed poolside and beachside. Although the resort is not right off the beach, the beach is a short walk right next door by the hotel’s sister property (Story). The food at the resort was very tasty from the restaurants we tried and we were not disappointed. This resort provided a level of peace and relaxation that I was seeking so if you are looking for a place to enjoy relaxation, this is the place to go!

A Memorable Stay at Fisherman's Cove Resort – A Perfect Birthday Celebration I recently stayed at Fisherman’s Cove Resort in Mahé, Seychelles, with my partner to celebrate her 40th birthday. Our experience was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. Exceptional Hospitality From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They welcomed us warmly and surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and a high-quality birthday cake to celebrate the occasion. Additionally, they gave us one of their best rooms, offering breathtaking views and proximity to the beach, which made the celebration even more meaningful. Their service extended to our departure as well. We were offered a complimentary three-hour late check-out and access to the hotel’s facilities even after checking out. The availability of a shower near the gym was a thoughtful touch, allowing us to enjoy the beach and pool until the very last moment before heading to the airport. High-Quality Food The quality of the food at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Every meal was chef-made, professional, and delicious. The breakfast buffet, while somewhat limited compared to other 5-star hotels in the region, was of excellent quality. We also dined at Le Cocoloba Bar and were delighted by the variety of snacks, sandwiches, and pizzas – all prepared to perfection. Their rum cocktail menu was a standout, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. On the birthday night, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Paris Seychelles restaurant. The food was of high quality, and the 20% discount on our final bill made it a fantastic value. We opted not to try the dinner buffet, as it seemed pricey at 55 euros per person (excluding drinks). However, the nearby Beau Vallon area offers budget-friendly dining options, which are just a 10–15-minute walk from the hotel. Comfortable and Well-Maintained Rooms The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Even the smallest rooms offered plenty of space, and the housekeeping service was impeccable. Complimentary water bottles were provided, and the tap water was drinkable and tasted just as good as bottled water. Beach Access and Facilities Fisherman’s Cove is located at the end of Beau Vallon Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Seychelles. While the hotel doesn’t have its own private beach, guests can easily access the beach via a charming wooden walkway next to the pool. During our stay, we used sunbeds from the sister property, Story Hotel, without any issues. This might vary during the high season, so be prepared to bring your own towels for use on the public beach. Room for Improvement While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor setbacks. The breakfast service, though excellent in quality, was marred by slow coffee service – once taking over 55 minutes to fulfill our order. Additionally, the bar staff could have been more friendly, as we experienced some less-than-enthusiastic interactions. These were minor issues and didn’t significantly detract from our overall enjoyment. Conclusion Fisherman’s Cove Resort offers an exceptional blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. The staff's dedication to making our trip special, combined with high-quality food and comfortable accommodations, made it a memorable experience. While it’s worth noting that some services and meals come at a premium price, the quality delivered is undeniable. If you're planning a special occasion or simply looking to unwind in a tropical paradise, I highly recommend Fisherman’s Cove Resort.

Just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at Fishermans Cove. The hotel upgraded us to one of their hilltop deluxe suites overlooking ocean which was amazing. The room was really spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The large terrace was great,as we could sit and watch the magnificent sunsets. We found the breakfast and dinner buffets in the main restaurant (Le Cardinal) to be plentiful and all very tasty. The head waiter was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was always well presented and they did different food each night based around a theme. The chef cooking the specials each night was really great too. The pool towels were lovely and the largest we have ever had. There are a few tiles missing in swimming pool but its not an issue, as doesn't affect swimming or even walking in it. We found all the staff very welcoming, helpful, friendly and willing to assist in anyway. The cleaners always did a great job and ensured you had bottles of drinking water available in the room. When you go to the beach, there is a small stream (water running into sea from hills) but it is very shallow and narrow, so not really an issue. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return if we could.
