I recently spent two weeks here and had a great overall experience. The location and rooms were both great, but I’m writing this to highlight the exceptional service we received from Maizel at breakfast each morning. She went above and beyond, ensuring we had our preferred table, adjusting chairs, and preparing my drinks perfectly - without me even needing to ask. Truly outstanding!

Our experience at this hotel was well below what we expect from Marriott. We faced serious issues with the reservation process, and the service did not meet the usual standards of the brand—especially considering we are Gold Elite members. Additionally, there were incidents in the room that directly affected our comfort, leaving a bitter impression of our stay. I truly hope these comments are taken seriously and lead to improvements, as I’ve had much better experiences with Marriott in the past.

we (family of 3) stayed for 7 nights and what can i say besides it was a wonderful hotel. Cleanliness was superb, food at Pascal Tepper was amazing (our son loved the salmon which he basically had every night). Kate and the staff took amazing care of us. Thamer at the front desk was very accommodating. Sachin who cleaned our room did a great job. I dont remember the names of every body, but they all did a superb job with dedication. The manager of the hotel must, and should, be very proud of his team!!! We loved it and it is hard to say goodbye

First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one as I leave Dubai and head back home to Florida in just a few hours.. We stayed for 10 days in the spacious three-bedroom suite at Four Points by Sheraton, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! The suite was impeccably clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. But the highlight of our stay was Chef Shane. My son is a picky eater, and Chef Shane went above and beyond by making him a special pancake every single morning. This level of care and thoughtfulness was extraordinary and made our mornings so much more enjoyable. The staff across the hotel were incredibly respectful, attentive, and professional. Every detail of our stay was perfect, and the hospitality was unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a luxurious, clean, and accommodating stay in Dubai. We can’t wait to return!

Highly recommended. Everything about the stay was awesome. Room, service, breakfast, pool, cleanliness, staff behavior and humbleness, location, metro is just few steps away, Nice view from balcony etc. Never faced any issue wrt wifi or water supply. Room service staff Rashid was well mannered and good at his work.
