First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one as I leave Dubai and head back home to Florida in just a few hours.. We stayed for 10 days in the spacious three-bedroom suite at Four Points by Sheraton, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! The suite was impeccably clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. But the highlight of our stay was Chef Shane. My son is a picky eater, and Chef Shane went above and beyond by making him a special pancake every single morning. This level of care and thoughtfulness was extraordinary and made our mornings so much more enjoyable. The staff across the hotel were incredibly respectful, attentive, and professional. Every detail of our stay was perfect, and the hospitality was unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a luxurious, clean, and accommodating stay in Dubai. We can’t wait to return!

The experience didn’t live up to the hype for me. I decided to visit after reading positive online reviews, but personally, I wasn’t impressed. I went to their 43 Lounge Sky Restaurant for drinks and food. One important note: the food is cooked in fish oil, so make sure to confirm with the staff before placing your order. If you’re not a fan of seafood, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Prices: The prices are on the higher side, but given its downtown location and great view, I think they’re reasonable.

I recently spent two weeks here and had a great overall experience. The location and rooms were both great, but I’m writing this to highlight the exceptional service we received from Maizel at breakfast each morning. She went above and beyond, ensuring we had our preferred table, adjusting chairs, and preparing my drinks perfectly - without me even needing to ask. Truly outstanding!

We recently visited Dubai and stayed at Four points Sheraton hotel at SZR road, from dt. 31.01.2025 to dt. 07.02.2025. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious with good space to move and keep the luggage. The washrooms are very clean & tidy. The large balconies give a fantastic view of the surrounding area. The staff is very co-operative, polite, swift and their hospitality is impressive. The food is delicious with a large spread for complimentary breakfasts. All ten members of our tour enjoyed our stay at the hotel & felt blessed to listen to the melodious singing by Mr. Sudhanshu Tiwari from UP, India and a winner of India's reality show 'sa re ga ma', during dinner-time at the hotel. We thank the hotel management & staff for making our stay cosy and comfortable. I would highly recommend others to stay at this hotel during their visit to Dubai.
