I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but Alex from the international animation team really stood out. He was incredibly energetic and made my experience unforgettable. He led the aqua gym sessions with so much enthusiasm and energy, making them fun and engaging for everyone. Alex was always around with a smile, making sure guests were enjoying their time. The whole staff was great, but Alex was definitely the highlight of my stay. The hotel itself was fantastic too—well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities Can’t wait to come back!

We arrived at the hotel very late after a long travel time, the girl on reception was useless, we had to ask if there was any food or drink.
Then we had to take our luggage ourselves to our room in the dark with a map with scribbled instructions.
We eventually found the room with was quiet clean and tidy.
We wanted to make ourselves a drink of coffee only to find the fridge completely empty, no water or anything and this is all inclusive. To say we weren't happy would be an understatement.
The staff at the hotel were miserable apart from the odd exception.
Choice of food was not the best, and some of the bar staff in the sports bar were not very friendly either.
Some of the cocktails are included and some you have to pay for even though it's all inclusive, I've never had to pay for drinks in an all inclusive before.
We will not be using this hotel again.

Lovely beach front but very large waves, food average to mixed quality with lack of local amenities meaning I would not recommend unless you want to stay always at hotel for dining etc. Pools very good and lots of options. A lot of noise from adults only area with loud dance music detracts from the family aspect.

Such a stunning hotel! The reception, dining area, pool area were all amazing and beautiful. The rooms were lovely and very large and spacious but some of them need a bit of maintenance, there were a couple drawers which were broken and needed to be fixed but other that, one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The hotel staff were mostly friendly and really nice, some of the staff were a bit rude and didn't look like they wanted to help. The food staff were all amazing and very nice people and always did their best to help. On the food, it was nice at times, unfortunately some of the food was plain, not seasoned and not cooked properly. The BIGGEST issue was food not being labelled properly which was mentioned in other reviews before. Most of the food is labelled wrong so you have to guess what was in it or had to constantly ask staff. There were many times things had pork in it which my partner and I can not have but we had to guess if it was pork or not. Food labelling really must improve!! The other BIG issues was cross contamination; the same utensils used to cook pork was also used to cook veg which is a big no no especially for vegans, vegetarians or non pork eaters. I had to ask in the morning for our omelettes to be cooked somewhere else as they used the same utensils and cooking area to cook omelettes with pork in it. The team were really happy to accommodate for this but something to think about for sure. The pools and other facilities were really nice, the pools do close early because dinner starts very early which is something to think about. Overall the hotel itself was really nice and beautiful but the food issues need to be addressed urgently for health and safety reasons, religious reasons or dietary reasons.

Very nice place, good location, food more than enough, I(/we) had All-Inclusive for 7 nights and it was honestly so relaxing I could not believe I could relax this much. I went to the ocean 3 times, tried the pool and did also climb the mountain behind the resort, had cocktails and chilled in different areas of the resort, there is WiFi everywhere which make it even better. Rooms have TVs and A/Cs, balcony was amazing, the bed is huge and comfortable. All good.
