I stayed at Playa Park Club with my friend and mum for my hen, they were perfect. The staff were all lovely, there were activities all day throughout the day and there is evening entertainment which was also good. If you’re someone who wants more intense and busy entertainment, I would recommend going outside the hotel for this, but the location is perfect. The highlight of the stay was the room and food. All the food was lovely, labelled well and often cooked fresh in front of you. There was always plenty of options and really good for picky eaters (like myself). The room was amazing, we had a room where you could pull a slide door between us so it felt like two rooms. The beds were really comfortable and the room was really clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. I would definitely return to this hotel. It is perfect for families and couples. They had a rooftop adult only pool which was lovely, but we spent most our time by the main pool. We visited the spa and had a massage which was very good and the prices were reasonable for an in house hotel service. I cannot recommend this place enough.

An amazing place to stay! We’ve been coming here for a few years now and the place has always lived up to its impeccable standards with friendly staff and clean and well kept rooms and pool area As a self proclaimed lover of the animation here I’d like to give a special mention to Gosia and Lucia who have made the animation experience this year absolutely amazing! The only thing I would mention is that the adverts on the music and evening karaoke can ruin the mood slightly, investing in premium versions of Spotify / YouTube would make a great difference!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding – fresh, varied, and of the highest quality. The spa was a true highlight as well, offering a relaxing atmosphere and professional treatments that made the stay even more enjoyable. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. A special thank you to Toni at the reception, whose friendliness and helpfulness made us feel welcome right away. Noa at the bar also deserves recognition for her warm personality and excellent service – she truly elevated the evenings with her professionalism and charm. The housekeeping team was equally impressive: always friendly, hardworking, and keeping the room spotless and well-maintained with great efficiency. Overall, this hotel combines excellent food, a top-class spa, and outstanding service, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Lovely location, close to beach and local town. Staff were amazing, all staff were very friendly behind the bar and reception and entertainment crew. Specifically gosia was amazing with the entertainment side of things! Will definitely come back.

2nd stay at the playa park zensation I can not fault this hotel one little bit. Food is fantastic Rooms are excellent Staff are super friendly and always happy to serve you. I had 4 treatments at the spa this time A facial and 3 back and neck massages ( to help with painful muscle issues) Cristina was the therapist and dealt with my tense muscles extremely well in a loving relaxing treatment room. All in all another super amazing stay at the playa park zensation. Will most definitely be returning next year. Thank you playa park zensation
