Me and my family loved this hotel it was amazing. The entertainment staff were really nice and they always got involved with the families and they never failed to have a smile on their faces. They were perfect. The pool is super clean and the water is crystal clear. The pool activities were super enjoyable for the whole family.The food is delicious and there were many options for all guests. As for the rooms they get cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff are very friendly and always said hi when passing them. The rooms are spacious and there was plenty storage places for all your things. I loved it every minute that i was there.

Overall a good hotel, but nothing special.
We arrived late and the restaurant was already closed, but they offered different cold dishes. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast is plentiful, but there are so many people having breakfast at the same time that it is almost impossible to access the food.
People's behavior is disappointing. The plates are crammed full of food, more than half of which he doesn't eat, and not because it's not good.
Excessive food waste is outrageous.
I've never understood why you have to put everything on your plate, as if you can't eat small portions slowly and if you can't take any more, there's nothing left on your plate. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, or is it...
The wait staff lacks professionalism and decorum.
Saying hello is not common.
When you ask something or make a request, forget the friendly answer.
At dinner, the food is almost cold.
All in all, an acceptable hotel, but nothing special. It's a shame, but a good manager could fix this quickly.

Second time staying at Sol Jandia and this time was better than the last.
We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children. The pool room is worth the extra cost being located at the pool and for night time entertainment whilst kids slept in room (this is a game changer for us).
Restaurant had amazing choices, where if you don’t overload every night with different variety would see you choose something different each night.
Pool bar is the best we’ve had, great variety and all fresh.
This time we had to get used to plastic reusable cups which is brilliant as everywhere is immaculate.
Entertainment now has changed, more child focussed as well as adult and so much more on offer!

Very nice hotel, good value/money ratio. Amazing animation team with their boss Dani.
Food was also quite OK, rooms clean and spacious.
I'd recommend this hotel everyone who don't want to spend fortune and wants to have very nice holidays with fantastic people.

This is not a true all-inclusive, but only the 3 meals of the day and a few drinks from the lobby bar and pool bar are included. Dishes at the pool bar are not free.
For example, when I left breakfast, I wanted to take an apple with me to eat a few minutes/hours later, but one of the staff wouldn't let me. I asked him if it was all inclusive or not. He replied that it wasn't. So please don't put on your website that this is an all-inclusive hotel, because it's a lie.
Fortunately the rooms are quite spacious and the buffet varied.
The swimming pool and solarium are pleasant.
