A truly lovely experience! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the kids' club was a great highlight for our little ones. It would be wonderful to see even more activities and a structured schedule for the kids in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—the food was delicious, the room was spacious, and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Looking forward to coming back!

I will start with the good things, the hotel is in a nice location ( a bit far from the airport), very clean, room was nice, modern and close to shops and restaurants and the beach. The pool area and roof terrace were very nice👍🏻. So yeah, I liked this hotel.
Bad points,
other than the receptionist and the housekeepers who were friendly, no other member of staff spoke to us, said anything, or smiled for the first 4 days we were there. It didn't get much better. I thought It was very unusual for the catering staff to be so distant and unwelcoming. This includes the chefs who would barge buy with food. in my opinion This is not good practice🤨. Food was not too my liking, cold bland, and repetitive.
If you like non English speaking entertainers trying to sing in English, then this is for you 😁

Me and my family loved this hotel it was amazing. The entertainment staff were really nice and they always got involved with the families and they never failed to have a smile on their faces. They were perfect. The pool is super clean and the water is crystal clear. The pool activities were super enjoyable for the whole family.The food is delicious and there were many options for all guests. As for the rooms they get cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff are very friendly and always said hi when passing them. The rooms are spacious and there was plenty storage places for all your things. I loved it every minute that i was there.

Overall a good hotel, but nothing special.
We arrived late and the restaurant was already closed, but they offered different cold dishes. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast is plentiful, but there are so many people having breakfast at the same time that it is almost impossible to access the food.
People's behavior is disappointing. The plates are crammed full of food, more than half of which he doesn't eat, and not because it's not good.
Excessive food waste is outrageous.
I've never understood why you have to put everything on your plate, as if you can't eat small portions slowly and if you can't take any more, there's nothing left on your plate. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, or is it...
The wait staff lacks professionalism and decorum.
Saying hello is not common.
When you ask something or make a request, forget the friendly answer.
At dinner, the food is almost cold.
All in all, an acceptable hotel, but nothing special. It's a shame, but a good manager could fix this quickly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The Junior Suite was fantastic – spacious, comfortable, and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Veni at the reception for her warm welcome and outstanding assistance – she truly made us feel at home. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the animation team, who were the highlight of our trip. Dani, Juan, Paula, Josemi, Nazaret, Edurne, and Mikel brought so much energy and fun to our vacation. Their activities and entertainment were top-notch, and they really went above and beyond to make every moment memorable.
