Our family recently stayed at the SBH Costa Calma Beach Resort, and while we enjoyed parts of our holiday, it was a mixed experience overall. The location is excellent, with the hotel offering direct access to a stunning beach, and the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable for both kids and adults. Our room was a bit small, the beds were uncomfortable but clean, it could use some updates to modernize the decor. The food was a bit underwhelming. While there was a variety of dishes, the quality and flavor were not what we expected from a 4-star hotel. The meals became repetitive after a few days, and there weren’t many options that appealed to younger children. Overall, we had a good time but the hotel could benefit from improving its rooms and dining experience. It’s a decent option for families, but there’s room for improvement.

Our recent stay at SBH Costa Calma was nothing short of exceptional. The location is simply perfect, offering easy access to the beach. Waking up to such a beautiful setting every day truly enhanced our vacation experience. The service was impeccable—every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and friendliness made us feel right at home. The food was another highlight of our stay. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The only improvement that can be done is at the reception, looks like the hotel is understaffed, specially when you just arrived after a long trip and tired, there is only 1 person at the reception taking of new arrivals and existing guests who may wait 10 to 20 min to be attended to. We would highly recommend SBH Costa Calma to anyone looking for a memorable stay. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in creating a fantastic guest experience. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely! Ten day stay just before Christmas lots of little treats like stockings hanging on bedroom doors champagne breakfast pools lovely and clean room service everyday beds made and towels prettily done😊 Entertainment every night and activities daily with hotel team from rifle shooting pilates cocktail making aqua aerobics fun team very friendly!! Lovely staff all through the hotel couldn't do enough for you excellent holiday 🎉🥳

Our second visit and we’re just happy to be here! Lovely view, big swimming pools, just in the beach of the ocean. On our first visit the room was better but this time we have a better view and we’re spending almost whole day outside so the age of the room not that meaningful. Of course everything could be better and better but it costs also a different price😏 So everybody who are unsatisfied should just to make the budget bigger to get the quality they need😌 If you’re in a good mood you will enjoy this hotel because it is has everything for joyful vacation!

This place does not deserve 3 stars, and certainly not 4. The air conditioning in the room does not work and the room is in a terrible condition. For 3 days the staff did nothing to help us. The food is totally monotonous, probably only for Germans and British. Waste of money. I do not recommend.
