Enjoyed a 4 night stay in Feb ‘25. Weather was around 24°c for the stay. Clean hotel with great views and access to the beach. Mostly French guests, very relaxed vibe here. Good food through the day and selection of drinks. Rooms were spacious with good views.
Cons - Water was a nightmare to get at times, you have to pay an extra €1 for a fresh towel. No coffee or tea facilities in the room.
All staff made the effort to ensure you had a nice stay.
The hotel isn’t luxury but it’s comfortable, well laid out and is superior to the Occidental resorts down the road.

A lovely week's stay! Good sized clean room with sea view (unfortunately spoiled by wire mesh fence). Friendly helpful staff. We opted for the club upgrade which gave access to better rooms and a 24hr club area where you have access to premium brand drinks and snacks with a private indoor/outdoor/ solarium balcony/seating area. I have to say it was on the small side and as our visit was on a shoulder period I don't think it would accommodate many people and certainly wouldn't be comfortable.
Our accommodation was clean and pleasant and close to the main building, be warned some of the accommodation could be a considerable distance away but rewarded with a lovely sea view.
The food, in my opinion was quite basic and lacking culinary flair. I practically lived on salad (which I love) but it was very simple salads nothing note worthy. My husband would add that the desserts were poor but there was always fresh fruit available. One negative observation I have with relation to the club package was the private seating dining area. Although segregated by a divider this area was poorly staffed. Tables were not cleared in a timely fashion and on occasion couldn't get a clean table. We noted food dropped on the floor which was kicked around and spotted when we went for our next meal 🤢 this could easily be rectified with one dedicated waiter/waitress for this dining area.
All in all I would recommend this hotel, the swimming pools were lovely! If I were to return I would not spend the extra on upgrading to club level as I really didn't think it was value for money.

My wife and me stayed in the hotel during New Year, we had great time. Hotel was clean, Spacious, good views, friendly staff.
Three outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi.
Although it was during winter holidays, not many children, so pool was not busy at all. Only sad part was Steam room was not working. Otherwise everything was perfect. We are seriously considering of returning next year too for new year. New year gala dinner was scrumptious and wide choice with plenty of wine, beer and other drinks.
We also had access to the My Favorite Club lounge in the hotel as part of our booking package, which had plenty of food and drinks to enjoy anytime.

Great location and accommodation. Food excellent. Hotel staff exceptional and entertainment team engaging and full of enthusiasm. Gabriel on reception could not do enough, always a smile on his face and sorted every request that was asked of him. You are very lucky to have such a lovely person on reception. Ozz was also kind and entertaining and always engaging wit all guests. Highly recommend this complex for a wonderful peaceful holiday.

The plus points of this hotel for us were - excellent food & drinks in terms of flavour and choice. Very clean hotel. Lovel modern decor.Helpful & generally friendly staff.
It's built on side of a hill so thus could be a problem for those with mobility issues. There are only a handful of rooms with lift access.
The 2 outdoor pools are freezing in Winter months but there is a lovely heated indoor pool but it is smaller.
The main language spoken is French, however most staff speak English & other languages. We missed out on some entertainment as we didn't speak French but staff do their best to be inclusive.
Would we go again - yes as good value for money for all inclusive.
