My wife and me stayed in the hotel during New Year, we had great time. Hotel was clean, Spacious, good views, friendly staff.
Three outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi.
Although it was during winter holidays, not many children, so pool was not busy at all. Only sad part was Steam room was not working. Otherwise everything was perfect. We are seriously considering of returning next year too for new year. New year gala dinner was scrumptious and wide choice with plenty of wine, beer and other drinks.
We also had access to the My Favorite Club lounge in the hotel as part of our booking package, which had plenty of food and drinks to enjoy anytime.

Great location and accommodation. Food excellent. Hotel staff exceptional and entertainment team engaging and full of enthusiasm. Gabriel on reception could not do enough, always a smile on his face and sorted every request that was asked of him. You are very lucky to have such a lovely person on reception. Ozz was also kind and entertaining and always engaging wit all guests. Highly recommend this complex for a wonderful peaceful holiday.

The food was not great, drinks are very low quality (cocktails come from a machine), they charge for the use of pool towels, entertainment was mediocre and the shuttle bus takes almost 2 hs to get to the hotel. For a 2pm flight they picked us up at 9.20am.
The rooms are ample, bright and quiet which was wonderful.

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Large pools, sufficient number of sunbeds.
“My Favourite Club” option: great terrace with ocean view, a pleasant spot to spend the evening if you’re not interested in the animations.
Tasty coffee in the club area.
Club rooms close to the main building and pool; bathrobes and slippers in the room are very useful.
Reusable cups at the bar, exchanged for tokens, so no empty cups lying around.
Shop with essential items directly in the hotel.

Paint on the bathroom tiles was peeling off.
The coffee in the restaurant was particularly bad.
Juices available only at breakfast, later only soft drinks.
À la carte restaurant was quite average – the dishes don’t stand out in flavor compared to the main restaurant, only the presentation is different.
Relatively small terrace at the main restaurant, usually all seats taken; on warmer days, the temperature in the restaurant is too high, no air conditioning available.

Overall we thought the hotel was excellent even though there was a number of areas where things could be improved.
The reception staff were always very helpful, the catering & cleaning staff were always friendly and the animation staff were the best I've ever witnessed.
Our room was very good with a sea view, however some rooms have very poor views from their terrace, basically facing a wall, I would recommend a sea view room. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was first class.
The catering was good, my only gripe would be that there could have been a better selection of vegetables and the deserts choices were poor.
If you enjoy the beach it is a very long way down to the sea and a steep climb back up, not good if you have mobility issues.
Other facilities include an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room and saunas.
Unfortunately the WiFi went down while we were here and although the hotel said it was an issue outside their control, it is now day six without Internet.
We would without doubt use this hotel again.
