Lovely clean room and bathroom. Everything you need. Beds were comfortable, mini fridge stocked up on arrival and a bottle of wine. All appreciated when we arrived later in the evening
Staff were lovely especially Angel on reception. Food was good. Pool area was always kept clean and tidy. The beach was a little walk away but well worth it, you do have to pay for the sun beds. All in all a lovely hotel staff food nothing to complain about at all.

Never saw a negative review until we arrived. Having to pay 20 euros for beach towels, if you would like a clean one it's another euro per towel. Safes are in rooms but you have to pay 25euros to use. Tokens are given to you for plastic cups to get drinks.
This is not a 4star, but very clean rooms, needs a proper refurbishment. Tiles are painted in tooms and is all peeling off. Poor Internet connection for all of the holiday. After speaking with more English people they felt how we did, so we were just not over thinking.
Staff were rude at reception.
Pool is very run down, missing tiles. Music is loud round pool and not very relaxing.
Beach very clean and bar atalaya was our safe haven. Feeding the Chipmunks 🐿 was enjoyable.

Nice hotel with good food. There is a quite walk till the beach (not very suitable for kids)
The animation is very focused for French guest, but we have Sara from the international which is excellent, very friendly and happy. She make our journey very fun and we felt really welcome.
The hotel is very clean, we do not see dirty cups or foods and on the floor around the pool as in other hotels.

Great hotel, very calm. We weren't particularly lucky with the weather first days but you can't blame hotel for this. Good variety of the food and nicely decorated, we really liked Mexican night which was on Thursday. Great international entertainment team led by Ozz, fun entertainment activities. Clean hotel with a professional service, what more we could ask for?

The hotel has stunning views, clean, nice food and plenty of swimming pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size with big bathroom, the cleaners came everyday. You can walk to close beach but steep hill walking back up. The towns with shops and beautiful beaches are a bus ride away, which you can catch 5 min walk away, only cost £1 each way. The only downside was, it was very windy. I’d love to go again
