We stayed for 10 days at this hotel, and I can confidently say it’s the best in all of the Canary Islands! If you’re looking for a charming, human-scale hotel with friendly staff, spacious suites, and outstanding food, this is the place to be. The only minor improvement would be to refresh the rooms with a modern touch and update the bedding. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Really nice to have a good sized bungalow, large lounge, large bedroom and very large bathroom with circular jakusi bath separate shower and twin basins. Outside terrace at the front and private solarium behind.

Delightful hotel which is very different from the soulless corporate buildings nearby. Lovely gardens and wonderful self contained rooms. The breakfast choice is absolutely wonderful. We had bed and breakfast so did not eat an evening meal in the hotel. The restaurant that adjoins the hotel (Restaurant Del Gato) is outside the security gate - the food was quite good but the building itself is somewhat lacking in atmosphere - it is a pity they could not bring this restaurant into the grounds so that you could eat outside in the cactus garden rather than a dated marquee. It was also a bit strange for a 4 star hotel that you had to pay for coffee in your room - this would normally be free. The hotel itself would benefit from having a bar in the evening where you could chill with a glass of wine.

Relaxing, quiet, great for escape and chill out time holiday hotel. Great location, walking distance from the beach. Very friendly staff. Suits are very clean, with the advantage of your own garden/ sun bathing area. Great choice of food for breakfast and excellent service. I was pleased with all the facilities within a suit and within the hotel.

Half board stay with my family in May 2024 and had a few days in our villa with no Wifi, which was frustrating and disappointing. We had contacted reception and a man came to look at it and said that he just started 2 months ago and that we will have to wait for his colleague to come and fix it the following day. No one actually came to fix it after all! Also, we experienced poor service from the waiter Antonio, who was very rude to us because we asked simply where to find a item in the restaurant and he seemed like he didn't want to serve us, as he throw his hands up in the air, walk off and mumbled something to herself in Spanish. This spoilt the rest of our stay as my partner wasn't comfortable going for meals. This is our 3rd time in Fuerteventura and will definitely not consider stsying here again. Its nothing like the Bahiazul Villas Resort that we previously stayed at (better villa, better service, better environment etc) which is definitely where we will be going back too.
