I’ll start with the smell, i couldn’t even sit on my balcony due to a stench that i would describe as marinated poo. Our room looked nothing like the photos, the plug sockets are falling out the walls. Massive dead bugs on the floor. The kettle blew up and scolded my toes. Nothing is pat tested all electrics are tripping and dodgy. The bathroom is mouldy. There was no mention of a zoo on site🤣 - I’ve come to relax not to pet cows and chickens. The location of the hotel was also a lie. There is nothing around. The town is 40 minutes away. No shops nothing. The staff are nice however they don’t know much English so it’s been very difficult to communicate. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want to relax and enjoy your holiday peacefully.

Wouldn't go back. staff at pool bar, great, and restaurant staff, good the rest are rude foods ok but very much same everyday. Stayed at loads of all inclusive all over the world. Drinks are terrible more water especially at the lobby bar. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 2 star.The upgrade to better drinks 100 euros a day for fanily of 4. Zoo absolutely stinks couldn't sit outside our room for the smell. Cleaners noisy at 7.40 in the morning tried 2 get in our room every day before half 8 in the morning. In what kind of hotel you get bottle water? xD Those negative comments are funny. Lovely, family hotel. Very quiet. Bungalows, village, everyday cleaning, big rooms. Air conditioning. The whole place is very well organised, garden is marvellous, there are paths for babystrollers and plants and palms are amazing. Bravo for reusable cups - it makes place seem much more clean and friendly. It is not only about environment - it just looks better, when there is not so many plastic trash around. Beach sandy, shallow, beautiful, close Food generally vert tasty, unfortunatly cakes for breakfast are defrozen and lots of food is too salty however you get a big variety, vegetarian and vegan options you can ask for soya milk delicious desserts during dinner (baklava.. too good...) breakfast (even in description) is "american" what it means cakes are defrozen and donuts tastes like paper. However there is a lot of fresh products to do oatmeal, prepare salad, variety of cheese and sausages. Great omlettes. lunch&supper Food generally is very salty, fried potaoes or vegetarian meals sometimes so much it was unpossible to eat it. I know everyone has another taste, but you can always add more salt, you cannot minus it, especially if we talk about meals for kids. However, there is so many products every day I found something amazing. Coffee is okay. Pools Three pools, one for kids, one deeper, just one with music. Kid says the best swimming pool he has ever been to. Garden Place is very green and well-kept, beautiful. What are the minuses? Water in taps has strange taste, it is true. Ants come to your place if you leave even small piece of food not hidden in the freezer. I had pack of nuts hidden in the closed backpack. Ants found it and I had nuts with ants. If you do not take food to room, you do not have to worry. Smell. If you leave close to the zoo... You get the smell of zoo. However, we had superior room in- I guess the best place possible - close to the beach, next to the main building with restaurant and... during the night the smell was intolerable. I do not want to guess what was it... Car-hire Okay, it's not about hotel, but we hired the car from the lady who works there. Baby seats were terrifying. You finally get a car much expensive than there was in a leaflet. Good advise: if you do not need automatic rears go few steps out of the hotel and you get the same car, cheaper and with much nicer salesman. .

Cleaning staff is stealing from guests private bags‼️‼️Me and my sister were robbed for about 150 EUR which were in our wallets in bags also some of the clothing items went missing :) so be careful guys‼️Hotel’s stuff in the reception didn’t care and we weren’t allowed to see the manager. Seems like it’s a everyday situation. I also read opinions that we weren’t the only ones who were robbed in this hotel. Residents from Itaka didn’t care and didn’t help us. Also the smell in the hotel is bad (mini zoo) Water and drinks taste really bad (it’s really salty) In addition it is really hard to enjoy your meal outside because of horrendous amount of mosquitoes. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel❌❌

great hotel, rooms are adequetly sized. clean and airconditioned. service for room on dasily basis. staff are very friendly . very helpful. food is very good with a good choice dishes buffet style. there are vegetarian options at each mealtime. pools are great, with pool side bars. that offer snacks coffee, tea and cold drinks and of course alcohol. there is a great bar on the beach with sunbeds. prices at this bar are very reasonable , can of coke 2 euro. cocktails 4 euro. the hotel grounds are green with plenty of trees for shade etc. the only downside is the ocassional wiff of sewerage, but if people adhered to the rules of not flushing toilet paper ( greek plumbing ) this would be allievated. highly recommend a stay here all incusive.
