The Ultra All-Inclusive package redefines the concept of luxury, offering a lavish and comprehensive experience designed to cater to individual desires. Carefully curated to offer unparalleled indulgence at a remarkable value, our UAI package ensures you can savour every moment of your stay through the following array of premium services and exquisite dining options led by world-class chefs.

What is Included

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Filoxenia Main Buffet Restaurant.
  • Lunch at à la carte restaurants Ble for Greek cuisine and Ten2One for Mediterranean/Italian gastronomy. Reservations at à la carte restaurants are required and subject to availability.
  • Snacks at Wet Pool Bar (12:30-17:00) and Alati (12:00-18:00) and also served to guests.
  • Dinner at the hotel's most sought-after à la carte restaurants: Ouzo (Greek), Ten2One (Mediterranean/Italian), and STK (Grill) as part of Gennadi Grand Resort's Dine Around Programme. Reservations are required and subject to availability.
  • Selction of bottled wines, beers and soft drinks during lunch and dinners in all restaurants. Bars serving international brands (10:00-00:00).
  • In room mini bar fill upon your arrival.
  • Free entrance to our Kozeen Spa for the “Heat Experience” (sauna, steam bath and indoor pool). Reservation required.
  • Guests on UAI basis can dine at Edesma Fine Dining by using a Discount voucher of 20,00€ per person on food cost. (Exchange voucher is possible through Reception Desk).
  • The UAI package begins on the arrival date at 12:00 and is valid until the guest’s departure from the hotel. Any consumption in the outlets operating after midnight are with an extra charge.

We had a fantastic holiday at Gennadi Grand resort. It truly is a 5 star resort. We hadn't been to Rhodes for quite some time and I did a lot of research before deciding on this beautiful resort. Yes,we knew it was quite a way from the airport but we had a private transfer included which took less than an hour. If you want to travel around it would be best to hire a car, however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and there was the lovely little village of Gennadi about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Lindos was about 20 minutes or so in a taxi. We stayed ultra all inclusive and the food was excellent quality as were the variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Our room was a Seaview suite as our adult daughter was with us. Plenty of room for 3. We opted not to have a private pool as we enjoyed going to the pool and also the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. I also have to mention the great staff that work here. Always pleasant and willing to help. Thank you to everyone for making this a great holiday for us.

Every member of the team went above and beyond throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the attention to detail was exceptional. From restaurant staff remembering our preferences, to the concierge providing thoughtful recommendations, to housekeeping keeping everything spotless – the level of care and consistency was remarkable. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with modern, elegant design, beautifully kept grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel like a true haven. The pools and beach are immaculate, the dining options are varied and delicious, and the overall ambience is pure relaxation. What really makes Gennadi Grand Resort special, though, is the people. Their commitment to ensuring guests feel valued and cared for is unmatched. We left not only relaxed and refreshed, but also genuinely impressed by the outstanding hospitality. Without a doubt, this was one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had. We stayed at Gennadi Grand Resort in Rhodes and had a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with drinks and warm smiles, asked how our trip was, and let us sit and relax while they organized everything — such a thoughtful welcome after a long day. The resort is huge and beautifully designed, separated into sections with several outdoor pools for all ages (the main one always has great music and even a DJ). There’s also a private beach — peaceful, quiet, and with a stunning view. Pure relaxation. We booked one day at the spa, and it was just perfect! The spa manager was so kind and funny, and the 50-minute massage felt like absolute heaven. You also get free access that day to the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and hot tub — a perfect escape. On our last evening, the hotel surprised us with a bottle of white wine, a plate of fresh fruits, and a warm handwritten letter in our room — such a beautiful gesture that really touched us. A few small notes: prices are on the higher side, and while the food looks beautiful, the flavors weren’t always amazing — but you can tell the team puts in real effort. The hotel is quite large, so if you’re in the 5000+ room area like we were, expect about a 10-minute walk to reach the pools, beach, gym, or reception. For one direction of course.. The location of the hotel is inside a village, so there is literally nothing in the village except the hotel. The gym is not huge, but it’s clean, modern, and has everything you need for a quick workout. Overall, it’s a peaceful, elegant resort with incredibly warm staff who truly care about your experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge in Rhodes!

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! We had a room with a private pool – perfect for a refreshing dip in the morning, then some time at the main pool during the day, and later we relaxed at the beach until the evening. So nice that the beach is just a short walk from the hotel! The food was delicious, the service excellent – big compliments to the staff! The spa massage was super relaxing too. The biggest highlight for us was the Astronomy Night with Stratos. You should check it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gennadi Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible – always smiling, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed. Every request we made was met with a positive attitude and handled quickly and professionally. The resort itself is stunning, with several beautiful outdoor pool areas under the open sky, each with its own unique charm. The service around the pool was outstanding – drinks and food were delivered straight to our sunbeds, making it easy to just relax and enjoy every moment. The spa is fantastic, with a heated indoor pool that’s perfect even on cooler days. It added a special touch of luxury and comfort to our stay. A special thank you to Fanni at the reception, who welcomed us warmly and assisted us throughout our visit. She was always kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Gennadi Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and well-serviced getaway in Rhodes. We can’t wait to come back!
