What is Included

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Filoxenia Main Buffet Restaurant.
  • Lunch at à la carte restaurants Ble for Greek cuisine and Ten2One for Mediterranean/Italian gastronomy. Reservations at à la carte restaurants are required and subject to availability.
  • Snacks at Wet Pool Bar (12:30-17:00) and Alati (12:00-18:00) and also served to guests.
  • Dinner at the hotel's most sought-after à la carte restaurants: Ouzo (Greek), Ten2One (Mediterranean/Italian), and STK (Grill) as part of Gennadi Grand Resort's Dine Around Programme. Reservations are required and subject to availability.
  • Selction of bottled wines, beers and soft drinks during lunch and dinners in all restaurants. Bars serving international brands (10:00-00:00).
  • In room mini bar fill upon your arrival.
  • Free entrance to our Kozeen Spa for the “Heat Experience” (sauna, steam bath and indoor pool). Reservation required.
  • Guests on UAI basis can dine at Edesma Fine Dining by using a Discount voucher of 20,00€ per person on food cost. (Exchange voucher is possible through Reception Desk).
  • The UAI package begins on the arrival date at 12:00 and is valid until the guest’s departure from the hotel. Any consumption in the outlets operating after midnight are with an extra charge.

The hotel is inviting and beautifully designed right from the start. The food is really good. It tastes varied and fresh. The rooms have everything from a TV to a minibar. The view is great in most of the rooms and the pools [by the rooms] are also clean! The staff, from the cleaning staff to the reception, are nice and take their time. The outdoor pools, bars and of course the beach are clean and well designed! There are many restaurants and several sports facilities. Overall the hotel is modern, clean and beautiful! Great hotel clean and friendly. The staff were very helpful and would sort out any queries so quickly. We had a problem with the TV and they were there within 5 minutes to sort out Lots of rooms many with their own pools if you want privacy but also plenty of outdoor space and the beach availability too. Not much around the hotel but a small village about 10 minute walk is close enough to go for a meal if you want a break from the hotel. All in all, great experience and great holiday. We went in October and the weather was fantastic.

A lovely hotel just over an hour's drive from the airport with modern clean rooms and good service. A great selection of food for breakfast, buffet style. Lunch time poolside food menu options are limited and the need improvement. The need to book in advance to use some of their restaurants was also an inconvenience so we didn't bother and took a short walk to a nearby village and ate there in the evenings from a variety of good restaurants. All in all, although some distance away from popular sites, it's a nice hotel and would visit again.

A good hotel in a quiet location just outside the little village of Gennadi. Good buffet selection and several restaurants where additional charges apply that we did not use. Great pools, close to the beach and all of the staff without exception were friendly and helpful. We had a swim up room overlooking the beach which was wonderful and stayed half board (breakfast and dinner; which could be swapped for lunch if you wanted to venture elsewhere for dinner). A 20 min walk into the village for dinner is recommended. Would we visit again? Yes.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The resort was clean an had everything needed. The pools and the beach area are amazing. And the food was very good, in the different restaurants it was even amazing. Very much recommended!
