Lovely hotel!
Staff are very friendly and are great with children, the cleaners were friendly and cleaned our room 4/5 time throughout our week stay. The staff in the restaurant are absolutely fantastic and hardworking. Entertainment here is fun and the whole family joined in! Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday with no complaints, will definitely visit again.

We are really shocked. And we are here only for 24hours yet of our 7 day stay for now.
Staff:
The staff here seem to not like working here. Asking the reception something seems to much of an effort. The 2 animators are to introvert to get people to do stuff and they lack facial expressions and enthoussiasm for the minidisco.
The people at the restaurant are the complete opposite. They are very friendly and they work hard to give everybody the best time.
Overall it dissapoints me because this is not the Greek hospitality we are used to. A disgrace for Greece.
Rooms:
The rooms are not like the photos. Very basic. Water of the shower runs down the whole bathroom. Airco that makes a lot of noise. 2 out of the 3 beds are very hard to sleep on. Not very clean overall. (Room in a seperate block down the hotel.)
Food and drinks:
Until now we only enjoyed the diner. Breakfast and lunch were dissapointing.
Cheapest sausages I ever ate. Bacon that drips in fat. Hard bread.
The cocktails are only from 17h to 23h. The worst part about the cocktails is that they are served in very small cups.
Overall:
Overall it is not worth 4 stars. 2 or 3 stars at best. This hotel could be so much better, it is a shame. Will see how the following 5 days will go and update this review.

Is it the most luxurious hotel? No
Could it use some TLC? Yes
We came here with not much expectation but left loving the place. The staff are lovely, the rooms are good enough for what you need them for, the entertainment wasn't the best but sure was entertaining at times 😅
I think the hotel do the best they can do in hard times.
1st day back at home today and we definitely have the holiday blues.

Hotel clean, some staff were ignorant when requesting things, entertainment staff are great 10/10. It's 20mins walk to main shop location. Shop closes 10.30pm and bar 11pm for all inclusive. If on a late flight expect to get in to no food options. Restaurant staff very friendly, was good food options but for fussy plain eaters not so much.

Gosh where do i start? Family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids. Shouldn't be advertised as 4 star it was barely a 3 star. Variety of food was appalling. Was hungry most of the time. Had to eat out alot. Whole resort was out dated and dirty, broken tables, chairs, loungers. pool lights with cables exposed, one toilet outside for the whole resort with no toilet roll. Life guard was demanding kids leave the pool for jumping in. I'm talking a tiny jump into their ring or just into the pool as little ones do, not bombing in and splashing about alot annoying people. He's a huge buzz kill. No day time entertainment. Was here for 10 nights and saw 2 nights of evening entertainment. The rest of the time was just music playing in the background. Only positive was the restaurant staff hospitaluty but again the food was awful. So walked in and straight back out most days. Too remote which we knew but there isn't even a single taverna around you have to walk 20 mins to the strip to even see a soul. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
