I have stayed at this hotel 3 the last time being 5th November. The hotel is clean, modern and the rooms are of a good size and the beds are comfy. The hotel is in the perfect location, right infront of the beach with a mountain behind the hotel so whether you get the mountain view or the sea view, you will be impressed as the views from both are stunning! The all inclusive restaurant changes food theme each day (BBQ, Mexican etc) and they have a large selection of foods to choose from during each meal. The food itself is cooked perfectly (especially the meat) and there is something for everyone unless you have the palate of a toddler like some of these reviews seem to have 👀 The restaurant is clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. During the day there is also a poolside bar that serves hot and cold food as well as ice cream, tea, coffee, alcohol and soft drinks. The hotel is not far from Rhodes town and the cost in a taxi is around €15, there are also rentable e scooters just outside the hotel to the left that myself and my husband rented and made our way to Rhodes town whilst having fun on the scooters. Check out time is 11am but you can sometimes extend this for a small fee where possible, the hotel have shower facilities and luggage storage for guests that have checked out, you are also permitted to use the restaurants and pools on the day of check out. I have just booked my holidays for next year and I have yet again booked another short stay at Oceanis for October 2025, the hotel is amazing and the staff are very friendly and welcoming! I’m well traveled and appreciate value for money, I’d definitely recommend this place! Do not be put off by a few negative reviews, it’s funny how you can always sense the entitlement when reading poor reviews 👀 Thank you Oceanis for another fantastic holiday!!

Great hotel with fab amenities. Clean and welcoming on arrival. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Very easy check in with detailed information for your room and about the hotels restaurant and other services. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool but like every holiday you need to get out early (8am) to get a good spot. Entertainment has been good every night and kids are catered for but I think personally 9pm for the kids entertainment to start is a bit late. Overall it's been a relaxing, enjoyable break away.

If you have kids, there is not a lot here for them to do at the hotel, other than the pool and a ping pong table. It's a nice hotel but for a 4 star hotel, the rooms are ok and the all inclusive food is tasteless and cold. Also, forget fancy cocktails. As a family of four we went to Kalithea Horizon Hotel last year which was more of a resort and kept us all entertained. We have found ourselves bored and going to bed early in the evenings.

So upon arrival we paid the tax, reception gave us the key saying were in 249 (was 246 and had to be as 9 would have not given us the beach view we paid for) said we'd missed last meal so they'd plated something up for us. We went to the room and no food, so sorted ourselves out and went back down to reception who just said oh there will be something over there" which was a tray of sandwiches wrapped in cling film so much you had no idea what was within, turned out to be 2 rock hard nuggets and hard cucumber on one and a soggy sandwich of mushy aubergine. On 3 separate occasions my wife went to pick something up from the trays of food at dinner and the same server grabbed the tray and took it away before she could get something, he replaced with something different, and locked eyes with her as he did it. Regarding food, I just managed to find something to eat from each meal, my wife had real trouble and it really upset her as this was our first holiday in several years and as it was my 40th it was meant to be something special. 2 times I put the do not disturb light on the door (they weren't needed that day) and both times they ignored it and cleaned the room anyway And on the last day, we were out of the room for 11, gave a young lady the key who highlighted our names on their sheet. We then stayed in the reception while 4:50 which is when our coach was coming to get us and just read a book. At 4:30 we went and sat outside with another 4 couples also waiting for our coach, a young man came outside and came straight to me through the group and asked which room I was in, I told him he said I needed to go with him, he took me back to reception where the afternoon shift was now on. Reception "You didn't pay your tax" (not can I ask if you did, or can you confirm. And no confirmation of who I was or even the room number) Me "Yes we did when we arrived" R "Are you sure" M "Yes, as soon as we arrived" R "How did you pay" M "Cash" (all the time looking at me and a sheet in front of her and umming and arring) M "You told us the wrong room number when we arrived if that helps we were in 246 but the guy said 249" R "Mmmm Hmmmm" M "It was 49 euros, we paid before we got our key" R "Mmmm Hmmmm.............. well.... hmmmm..... ummmmmm.... you'll have to..... well....... its okay" then just looked at me expecting me to, I have no idea. I will say the rest of the waiting staff and cooks were very friendly and 99% of the time smiled and said a pleasantry when they saw us. There was no issues with the room itself. And the holiday vastly improved once we were settled and started wandering the local area. But I couldn't recommend this hotel and I'd struggle to say it was a 4 Star.

An overall comfortable hotel with nice rooms located at the sea. The all inclusive service is not good, the wine they offer is virtually undrinkable and you can’t even pay for anything better. The staff is great which makes it up somewhat, like Mr. Spyros from the main restaurant.
