Our stay at Grace Hotel, Auberge Resorts Collection, was simply perfect.
The location in Imerovigli offers breathtaking views of the Caldera, and the sunsets were unforgettable. The staff provided top-notch service, and the rooms were luxurious with private plunge pools. Dining at Varoulko, the hotel's restaurant, was a highlight – the food was exquisite, made with fresh local ingredients.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!

We just returned from a 3 night stay at the Hotel Grace. This is a 5 star hotel in every way. They picked us up from the airport, the porters were waiting to take our bags (you need someone to carry your bags!) we were greeted by the manager Constantinos.
He could not have been nicer or more welcoming. We were taken to our room (after a glass of champaign). The view is jaw dropping. The room was outstanding. Plenty of space, wonderful outdoor jacuzzi, beautiful bathroom and shower. The staff is as good as it gets. Besides Constantinos, there was Athena and Silvia and George in the restaurant. When is the last time you know four staff members names when you left a hotel? The location was also perfect. We thought about staying in Oia but this was much quieter and still easy to get to either end of the island as it is in the middle.
Fira and Oia are much more hustle bustle and I wouldn’t stay there. Also the included breakfast was delicious. We did not eat dinner there but had a lunch which was truly outstanding. You will not be disappointed in any way staying at the Hotel Grace. My highest recommendation. Thanks for an amazing four days.

I wish I could give this 6 stars!!! This property and the amazing staff go so far above and beyond other 5-star properties we stayed in on this trip. Every guest is treated like the only guest- and the food was exceptional. We cannot wait to come back. Best. Ever.

Extremely condescending management team. My son (and later I) got Covid and had to leave the hotel early not to infect anyone else on the property. The hotel refused to refund for the unused nights despite the property being fully booked. I never expected this level of service from a property of such caliber as Auberge. Something to keep in mind about Auberge management going forward.

The hotel’s management agreed and issued a voucher for the three unused nights. Aside from Constantinos Zindros (the Operations Manager), everyone else at the hotel was extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, the staff was polite (kudos to Sylvia and her team), and the views were amazing. It’s unfortunate that only after reaching out to the corporate office, the matter was assigned to the Global Head of Sales and thus, quickly resolved. We look forward to visiting this property again in 2025, and hoping for a better outcome.

Absolutely stunning! I’m so sad to be back, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in the deluxe pool room, I would say it’s more of a hot tub. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. Bathroom is modern. They clean 2x a day, leave you a small thing every night. You get complimentary 5 course breakfast with champagne. Calling room service, they came within 2minutes. The only semi downside if you are unable to go up and down steps easy. It is tiring but this hotel and the views are so worth it. The staff are all so nice and helpful. If using hotel airport transfer it is 100euros each way, but they do bring your luggage up and down and that’s included in a fee that is already charged daily. Not too many restaurants around here just a handful, but you will be exploring more so walking a bit to get to the not so high end restaurants isn’t bad. Walk to Fira is about 15-20mins, you could hike to Oia which is about 1hr 30mins-2hrs or just get a taxi to take you. I can’t say enough about this hotel other than to book it.
