10 day stay in the hotel all inclusive early Feb 2025. On arrival reception staff very helpful. Rooms very good modern refurb, views across the rooftops to the sea. Beach 15 minute walk, shops all close by. Food good and varied. Dress code for dinner could be better many rock up in shorts sandals and anything they want. So that could be improved. Staff always pleasant, tidy and efficient. Entertainment usually good. Pool fine nor heated. Spirits on basic all inclusive as usual not up to par with branded but acceptable. Overall excellent well run hotel. Would happily stay again.

This is an excellent clean and modern hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, pool very clean, loungers comfortable. Food was very good at all meal times, obviously it can get busy but we never had an issue at all. There is a nice bar area and the choice of drinks on all inclusive is very good. Entertainment every evening, varying quality, unusually the singers being the most average and the other types of entertainment were excellent. Don't miss the Legacy Mongolian night. Only issues for us were the two rooms we had the Aircon was far too loud to leave on at night, might be an issue in summer and the snack bar has a very limited choice of food which never changed over the week. Thoroughly recommended

This stay could have been better. I'll start with the good things. Food has been great with plenty of choice. The location is good with an easy 15 minute walk to the beach. Bar and outside areas pleasant. Free on-site parking and mostly cheerful and pleasant staff. We enjoyed the outside area of the dining room, which was very pleasant and a great escape from the huge indoor busy main room. Our room 433. The shower ran hot, cold, hot cold for the duration of our 9 night stay. We reported this to reception on the first evening. Nothing changed unfortunately for the duration of our stay. The bathroom didn't vent condensation or toilet smells because the white vent on the wall is completely blocked with dust and grime. The trap of the shower had been completely removed and left under the bathroom cabinet. Presumably, the shower didn't drain well enough with it in?? Maids start knocking on bedroom doors from 8.00am, so we started using the do not disturb if we weren't ready by then. Unfortunately, they still knocked! They generally did a decent job of cleaning the rooms but no change of bed linen in 9 days. A big problem in this hotel is the extraordinary long waits for lifts at breakfast and dinner periods. There simply isn't enough lift capacity for the large number of guests staying. If you're on a higher floor with mobility problems and not fit enough for lots of stairs, then be prepared for long waits. We opted for the half board package, but this hotel has some of the higher prices for drinks we've experienced in the Canary Islands. Just beware you will be charged for water on half board even though it comes in their own plastic bottle presumably filled at the hotel?? We had a couple of unfriendly encounters with the hotel security staff who patrol the main gate. It's been our first hotel that feels it needs permanent security at the main entrance. This hotel was our final hotel of a 6 week grand tour of the islands. This was our most expensive hotel, it was also the worst.

Amazing experience. The foos was fresh and of very high quality, the menu was varied at every meal. Good location, good services, pretty nice staff. The outdoor area is amazing and perfect for relaxing, maybe the Jacuzzi area needs a biut of renovation. The room was not so big, but nice, clean and comfortable. The entertainment during the day was interesting and not annoying, while the evening entertainment could be better. We have been there in September and it was not too much crowded. I recommend the All Inclusive to fully enjoy the experience.

Where do I start - this will be an honest, lengthy review. First of all, the hotel is in an amazing location. I would rate the room 5/10. Pros - it was spacious, decent balcony with a nice view at night and it had a long length mirror. Cons - the air conditioning was weak - you only felt it when you were stood under it. At night we were very hot; Ventilation in the bathroom is also terrible; Lighting is horrendous - there are 2 side lights, 1 dim lamp and a normal lamp - there was not a main light which seemed weird to me; the shower pressure was good but at random times it would go boiling hot; you can hear the people in the next room - i knew when they woke up and opened their balacony door, they don't offer a free iron (I've never been to a hotel even out of the UK that doesn't have an iron) and instead had to pay for the services. Having said that the housekeepers were so friendly and I was told the ironing would be done within 2 days but was done with an hour. Tina who was at the desk was amazing and friendly - I hope everyone meets her when they check in! She makes you feel really welcomed and went the extra mile with my reservation at a restaurant, thank you so much! The bar staff very friendly and welcoming. The entertainment isn't the best but it's something to do when you don't want to sleep or would like a drink with background noise. Unfortunately, I really wanted to like the hotel but each day something would come up and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone going to Gran Canaria
