Wonderful small hotel! The area is ample divided in many different levels. There are several nice seating spots outside to enjoy the sun, as well as a nice garden to sit in the shade. The food and room service is amazing. The staff are super friendly, all speaking English and some of them knowing German as well. The only drawback is that that you need to expect some waiting time in the restaurant. It is directly located at the golf course and just a walk away from Buenavista. There are a lot of hiking trails around. To explore the island you‘ll need to factor in car rides of approximately 1,5 -2 hours.

We are thourogly enjoing our stay at this Hotel. The location is far away from all the tourist masses. One needs to appreciate this, we clearly approve. The pool area is fantastic and everybody seems to understand the tranquility and peace this place can give. So the overall attitude is a quiet relaxation. Food at the restaurants and bars is good , the brekafast is fantastic. All staff are very friendly and professional. We also enjoy the neighbouring golf course for which there is a shuttle bus, but in fact it is a 5 minute walk. Yes, this is a 5 star holiday resort hotel (adults only, we approve!), it is not a 5 star business or city hotel.

Doesn’t live up to the hype. Flies everywhere, air conditioning doesn’t work and staff seem incapable of attempting to fix it, breakfast buffet is unhygienic and lacking. A pain to get to over the mountain roads. We gave the staff the opportunity to fix issues during our stay, and we’ve also written to them since, but I’m afraid they are in denial and don’t want to admit anything is at fault. If you get upgraded to “golf course view” I wouldn’t get too excited because for all intents and purposes the room is identical to the lower room type. You won’t get much view of the golf course as it’ll probably be blocked by trees, and the sea is too far away. Ocean pool is by far the best one but you have to book a time slot. Disappointed and won’t return.

Our review: Stunning piece, located is lovely peaceful location only a small walk to a beautiful little town is 15 to 20 mins . Very clean, pharmacy and 3 shops 2 independent 1 like a Spar or Coop . Food is amazing at the hotel , don't look at stupid reviews, the team works very hard, and we have had no issues. HALF BOARD. For transportation: We normally hire a car but would RECOMMEND the bus service , 1st time in 25 years of visiting Tenerife, and it's amazing to not be in the driving seat, which was superb too..im catching the views and meeting the locals .(lovely). Get a card for the local bus station and top up as you go. Very, very good service. All apps are tracked and generally on time, the busses are very clean. Locals are amazing . Just be respectful to the old as we all do , the driver will ask you to move if you are in the space of the front seats , only if a required. ( WiFi and charging stations too) The locals are brilliant, and to say that Uk press is false.. the locals are lovely and very friendly, to have a dig.. they have no real issues with the tourists from the UK. (Where we stayed) The only thing I got was that they may be a gripe about housing and cost as it's not cheap to relocate . AVERAGES £300K FOR A 2 bed in a good location. Have a wonderful holiday.

5 star stay! The staff and service were impeccable, and the rooms were perfectly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was huge and had a great variety of options. The grounds of the hotel are very well kept and there are lots of chill out areas. Honestly can’t fault this hotel at all — it was very surprising to see one star reviews left recently as they do not reflect the reality of the hotel in my opinion.
